I have been trying to get help with a corporate event. I reached out last year and had the same terrible experience as this year but I wanted to give you one more chance. I'm not sure how you have repeat customers at a corporate level with this type of customer service. I reached out to four other resorts and received a response almost immediately. I’ve been working there a lot this year very friendly people I considered it family and Land management member myself get everything done I love it there I won’t keep working my way up towards retirement.
