We have a lot of dietary restrictions in our house and Sunflower Community Bakery always succeeds at making the best food that we can eat. Last night we got; GF Bacon Quiche, Gumbo, Carrot Souffle, Sweet Potato Salad, Creole Slaw, Cheddar Herb Biscuits and a GF King Cake. Oh wow! The flavors were perfect and each dish surpassed the previous as we sampled everything. If you are looking for Lunch or Dinner, boy oh boy this needs to be your next place to try.Dietary restrictions: They make the best options for those with dietary restrictions. The food is so good you wouldn't even know that it was different from the original recipe.

I grabbed these yesterday and as you see they were enjoyed. Hot Cross Buns were so yummy. Heated them just a couple of seconds and the icing begins to melt to utter perfection. Highly recommend grabbing these before they are gone!

I love the patio, even in freezing weather! The food is amazing. I really appreciate that Sunny adapts her dishes to fit my gluten-free, dairy-free and soy-free diet. It's the only place where you can get true gluten-free and vegan items. I highly recommend this

We LOVE Sunflour! Fresh baked breads, sweet treats and savory snacks along with well-crafted salads, sandwiches, soups, etc etc the list goes on… made with quality ingredients and intentionality. Additionally, it doesn’t take long to feel like a regular!Vegetarian options: If looking for vegetarian or vegan options, just communicate with the staff and they’ll clearly provide info and options.

Well...they had a few loaves of bread... I was looking at the sourdough and the Jalapeno. Both were $8.95 each. Pretty high but what the heck. Well, I looked at the date after purchase and it was one day prior. I quickly glance at the others...all the same date. So, I paid 8.95 plus tax from a bakery for day old bread!? Sorry I won't be back and.... it was just ok. They didn't have much else for treats, so I got a raspberry tart....meh...it was $4 or $4.50.

I came here with a hurt mouth after a mouth injury at work and they were kind and patient even though I was confused a little, the food was delicious, and the music at the place was amazing. I definitely will return to here!!!

I had the breakfast sandwich and added sausage. I did not upgrade the bread because the regular bread was still their homemade bread. Unfortunately this turned out to be wheat bread I think, which I'm fine with, but it lacked flavor. The eggs themselves were weird as their consistency was strange. It's as if they were not fresh scrambled eggs but rather out of a box. They had 0 seasoning in them and I mean 0. The sausage was very good. The French press coffee was also excellent. The service was spectacular. The two ladies working make me want to return and try again. The ambiance is cute inside but there is no sitting inside there is a tent outside underneath which you sit. They have what appeared to be a homeless person cleaning the area up and then they gave him a free breakfast. I also really appreciated that which also makes me want to try it out again. If I was just eating the sandwich I would have given the place only 1 or 2 stars. I have hope for their pastries and fresh bread.

Our family absolutely loves this amazing bakery. Fresh foods, organic, local when possible, and super good. Fresh baked breads, muffins and more. Also a big fan because of the selection of gluten free options, and they also make vegan and more. Make sure you visit this place. The patio is very nice too!

We found this place just a short walk from our hotel. Really friendly service and the food is great. You'll have to look for this place because it's not on the beaten path but it's worth it.

Food is always amazing. Sunny knows the community and does a fantastic job of providing baked goods, sandwiches, and the best breakfast in town to those who are lucky enough to discover her store. Big changes coming soon - looking forward to the new location!
