Girls at the register Wednesday night are amazing. Everything here is so yummy and affordable. Then the staff are the nicest. I love sweet frogs! ❤️

A wonderful experience! A self serve opportunity with lots of toppings options. Thankful for the dairy free soft serve options. It was a cozy, clean atmosphere. It was a delight to see what FROG stood for and the music choice connected the dots. Just read and listen, it will matter to the right person. Overall, a great experience.

They charge money for tap water. How sad.

Yesterday, we went to Sweet Frogs in Rome Georgia. We bought two of the small cup yogurts with a few toppings....... it was a major rip-off scam...... it cost $24! I have never paid $24 for two small cups of yogurt in my entire lifetime! We should have just sat on the counter and walked out and I definitely will never be going back and I'll tell everyone I know what a scam operation it is now! They weigh the cups of yogurt, but the customers cannot see the scales and the customers are expected just to accept whatever they charge!

the few times i’ve been the employees were very sweet and helpful! also it is surprisingly yummy, clean, and cute in here. definitely worth stopping in every once in a while

Loved the many choices of ice cream and toppings! Great atmosphere and workers.

The frozen yogurt is amazing. However, the “We love your Pets” sign outside made me ask them for a treat for our cat. And we were told they do not provide treats for cats. May seem stupid to some people but to us that’s discrimination. Just because we don’t have a dog doesn’t mean that baby doesn’t deserve a treat.

Came in and was short on change, cashier told me she couldn’t accept a dollar coin so I went out to my car and grabbed change. she then told me the wrong total so i had to run back out and grab more change then told me i could use my dollar coin after everything. she laughed at me the entire time and proceeded to miscount my change again, so i had to run out and get more again even after i had more than enough. it was so embarrassing i ended up getting a refund and left without my yogurt. i think she just needed to be trained better, you can’t have someone on register that can’t count
