For starters we came in at 5:28 pm and left at 7:31 because our food came after waiting almost 2 hours and it was cold. The staff looked like they had an attitude and they was lucky I was in a good mood because ooo they tried me, they was so disrespectful and gave me dirty looks. This place is not worth wasting your money on. Never coming back again.

I’m only giving a 1 cause I had too. Waited over and hour and a half on our food and when we finally got it was cold. Many families and couples came in after us and received their food before we did. And all the manager had to say was I wonder why it took so long for it to come out.

Do not eat here they cross contaminated my sons steak and cheese burger meal with shellfish and he had to be hospitalized they are refusing to get back to me I've called numerous times. Update they commented a number to call and I called it with no resolve just people putting with "someone that can help" very unprofessional!

I’ve always been a huge fan of Texas Roadhouse, especially their ribeye steaks. I’ve visited multiple locations in different states, and the outcome is usually the same—delicious, juicy, and perfectly seasoned steaks that hit the spot every time. However, my recent To-Go order from this particular location left me really disappointed. For the first time, the steaks were dry and lacked the seasoning I’ve come to expect. It was definitely not the standard I’m used to from Texas Roadhouse. On a positive note, the mashed potatoes were very good, creamy, and flavorful. One other thing that frustrates me: whenever I order meals that are supposed to come with rolls, I don’t get them if I also order a dozen rolls separately. I don’t understand why the two would cancel each other out—they’re supposed to come with the meal regardless! Overall, I love Texas Roadhouse, but this experience missed the mark. I hope it was just an off day because I’d love to keep enjoying my go-to ribeye without any surprises.

First of all Texas Roadhouse is our family’s favorite, our ribs were delicious our server excellent but after I got my meal and glanced Out the window ( we were in a booth by the window) I couldn’t eat but I said nothing to my family didn’t want to upset them. On the way out , I stopped at the hostess desk and ask for a MAIN manager they sent me a 20 plus year old. I showed her my picture and said it was unexceptional that it grossed me out. She said to the problem why didn’t you say something when I came around! I laughed at this and said we had just sat down and had rolls only I didn’t notice the nasty in the window. She said I’ll look into it and walked away. She absolutely didn’t care what I thought or how to deal with a customer. I hope the owner sees this. Debbie

Ordered only a dozen of rolls, received a text they were ready. 30 minutes pass with no rolls brought out so I called and spoke to the manager and let her know what was going on. My COLD rolls were brought out immediately. ** Someone called a while afterwards, apologized and offered a voucher for new rolls.
