I rarely leave negative reviews, but, for the second time out of the last four visits, our salads arrived after our entrees. The previous time, they didn’t show up at all. We were there at four in the afternoon, on a weekday……they weren’t overly busy….yet, nobody came by to even check on us. Eventually, a manager swung by to say “sorry “. She was the same manager from the previous time that we didn’t get salads. Don’t even think about ordering an appetizer……it will come after dinner. My entree was good…..my wife’s was so salty, neither of us could eat it. We usually have good food here……in their rush to turn tables, it’s become almost extreme. It’s just become an unpleasant place to eat.

Ordered the 12oz Ribeye cooked medium... I don't know who was cooking tonight but it was cooked perfectly. So good that I just didn't want to even eat anything else in the meal. One of the best steaks I've ever had. Good enough to write a review about!

Excellent service and all of the food was delicious. I ordered prime rib, Caesar salad and mac n cheese. Also the rolls are so fresh and tasty with the honey butter!
Let me start by saying I have eaten here many times & when Falcon was the manager there, service was never better. However, since they let him go, their service has gone down hill. I ordered an extra well done steak & shrimp. I received a red steak, not even pink. A manager came around & I mentioned to her my steak was nowhere near done. She said she'd personally see to it that it was done right but I she never came back. It was brought back to me the 2nd time, still pink & by that time, my friend had already finished their whole meal so I asked for it to go. No remorse. No apology & no compensation. You would think they'd at least throw in another potato so I could have it when I did finally get to eat my steak but no. We paid full price for something I couldn't even eat and why do people go out to eat instead of ordering take out? Me too. I wanted a nice meal in peace where I didn't have to cook and I could eat after my long day. We placed an order to go as well and they even got that wrong. Our waitress sure didn't love her job. Not very friendly and rarely checked on us. I am very disappointed. Had Falcon been there, he would have made it right.
