Great gluten/allergen free options. Just do not buy the cinnamon rolls..... Because I want them all.... they are delicious. I live in the Chattanooga area and it is worth the drive. I will return. Please don't buy all the cinnamon rolls!

Only giving 3 stars because they have bankers hours… unless you work in the downtown Rome area, it’s hard to get in here to get anything (cause it’s closed!)

2:30 on a Wednesday. i am 12 weeks pregnant and very sick. today i made myself some food at home and ended up not being able to hold it down. i have great intentions for my diet and pregnancy, but this is tough! it’s also a really hard day in age to have an allergy in general, but gluten allergies aren’t fun. i feel like i regularly miss out on things because i can’t consume gluten. not at The Sharp Sickle. the entire menu is gluten free and that’s so exciting for me! today was my first time visiting, although i’d eyed the menu several times. i was greeted so warmly upon my entrance and tyler was so helpful when i mentioned it was my first time coming in. i didn’t mention my pregnancy to tyler, but this gentleman saved my life today. i got a few different sandwiches, one for the husband and one for me to have later if needed. i decided on the turkey basil pesto sandwich to try first. i am in pregnant girl heaven right now. i needed this in my life today. i greatly look forward to trying my other sandwich and i even was able to get a cookie sandwich, too! there was another gentleman working today but i can’t seem to find his name on any receipts. he and tyler both were so warm and welcoming. i will be back probably tomorrow. thanks for having me!

And the raspberry lemon cake! Yum!

I wasn't greeted when I came in and it is not clear where you order and what else you do because they do not talk to you about it. You're on your own to figure out where to go and what to do there to get coffee or food. If it's the first time you're there it's very confusing. Besides the fact of being treated like I was stupid because I didn't know enough about the place. The place was not busy there was only one other person standing there. I had to ask where do I go to order and I also had to ask what I do after I order do I just stand here do I sit down where do I stand where does the food come from? All valid questions that had no answers. Very uncomfortable.

The honey lavender latte is amazing but the kind employees that stop to pray for you is even better. If I lived in Rome I would visit daily!

I went in to just get a coffee and had religion shoved so far down my throat I wasn’t even thirsty anymore. I know this is a religious business but when I say I’m just there for coffee that should be respected. Sadly I was ran off before I got to taste anything

Everything was delicious! Especially the blueberry lemon keto coffee cake 😋
I got the lavender iced latte and a lemon blueberry bread slice, and both were AMAZING! One of the best bread slices I’ve got at a coffee shop! The staff is the sweetest and will brighten your day for sure. The atmosphere is also great, playing worship music and beautiful decorations!
