Waited over 30 minutes still no food. They said they have no ice. and there was only 1 other family; employees were working it appeared to be. It seemed no wanted to be there. No greeting. I asked for a refund since I still didn't have food. They said they would get the manager which took several minutes. He could not even pull out order up asked what we ordered handed us our money back no care in the world. Not we apologize we are short handed. He didn't even help his staff and I wont be back at the Rome location. I have eaten there before no issues but never again. They truly need a hire more customer oriented people.

I had a situation when my order was messed up but it wasn't Wingstop fault. I contacted them and I was able to get a new order. Some of these negative reviews are from people who I belive lack communication.

The last couple times we ordered online, and was given an approximate ready time of 13-18 minutes, it took over an hour for our food to be ready for pickup. Totally ridiculous! I mean, it’s wings and fries,,, how difficult could that be to be ready in less than 20 minutes???
I wish someone that knows how to run a business would take this store over and do it right! We do like the lemon pepper wings… but, I don’t know if we will be going back.

the cashier girl was rude and had an attitude for no reason. took almost an hour to get all of our food. the fries were super cold. overall a bad experience. i dont get why this store’s management hasn’t improved with all the bad reviews it gets.

Walk in immediately no hold or how are you doing? Not greeted at all. Customer service sucks it smelled funny. It was a big no for me. It literally smell like something was rotten. I went next-door and got a sub.

Ordered online. Said order would be ready in 20-30 minutes. Waited another 45 in store.
Manager was rude and there were many customers experiencing the same issue. Food was ok. Nothing to write home about and I probably won’t go back. Better service and equally good wings at other local wing places.

Food from here is okay, its usually a bit of a wait so order ahead and wait at least 20 minutes before you head to get your order! The food is fresh though 😋 their fries are the BEST around! I hope this is helpful 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁🙃🙃🙃

Food is great when you can get it. Employees standing around doing nothing waiting 25 mins to order food and over an hour to get it then went back a few days later walked in no one waiting I was told I would have to wait 15min to place my order come on Wingstop do better

If I could give this place a zero or -5 I would. I waited over 40 minutes for a 6 piece boneless combo. When I walked in there was 2 table and 1 was already served and the other table was waiting for a Togo order, then 10 minutes later some other people with Togo orders came in.

Can't say I tried the food. I ask for the sauce on the side. Not extra sauce, just the sauce you would toss them in be put on the side. I was told it would be an extra $3.00 I explained again I did not want extra, just put what I'm already paying for ON the wings, on the side instead. They said there was no way to do that without charging for extra sauce. Soo...We left & will not be back. I know prices are outrageous now & they milk you for more.

The food is good, the service is good, but it would be better if they placed a little more attention in the recommendations of the orders when I extra order blue cheese there are 5 orders that they give me ranch, I ask for long potatoes and they give me small potatoes

buckle up, i placed an order on doordash, because it’s monday evening and i didn’t want to get my autistic son out, once we were home he doesn’t like to leave. i ordered a 15 lemon pepper wing ( got 4 tenders “ free “ from doordash, came with a ranch ) i also bought an extra ranch i paid $30 + dasher tip of $10. upon getting my food, i realized i had no ranch, not one. so of course i call because i want my ranch for my wings. when i call i start explaining and i said the least you could do is give me my ranch for free because im STILL having to come to your restaurant. the “ manager “ starts to get very rude, overtalking me, telling me to come to the store as a threat, then hangs up in my face, as i’m getting dressed to leave, she calls me back ask me if im still coming, then say how long? hangs up again, so i go to the store to get my ranch, turns out the GM was there and the “ manager “ wasn’t even a manager. the lady starts arguing with me, being very disrespectful, IN FRONT OF THE GM. the GM did NOTHING. he didn’t do anything until i said why is she speaking to me?? neither of them apologized, he did nothing, all while customers are coming in and out. highly unprofessional, the general managers name is malik williams and her name is mahogany. at the end of the day being rude to a paying customer is wild, to do it in front of your GM? insane. they both need to be fired. if you want to be disrespected and not get what you paid for please stop by the rome ga wing stop on turner mCcall

I really want to give 1 star because of one employee this guy keeps saying nasty words even after I had to tell him he shouldn’t be saying these things… the food is good all the other employees are great but one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch
