every person there is lazy. always talking with each other instead of acknowledging customers. they will look you dead in the face and continue on with their conversation. you will wait 30 minutes for an order that was supposed to be done before you even got there. the place is grody, always dirty, non-stocked and smells like a port-a-potty. the management is terrible and they obviously don’t care about the business. no matter if it’s slow or busy, where you dine will be disgusting. if you ever want to come here, simply don’t waste your time and just go to zaxbys.

I ordered 50 wings through door dash 30 mix and match and 20 mix and match and paid extra money ($103 total bill) so that I wouldn't have to come out to pick up food. Half of my order was missing and I still had to go out to retrieve the other half of my order. They remade the wings but I should have been given a refund for at least half my order for the trouble. This was Wingstop's mistake. I will not eat here again.

Not sure what has happened with this location but the food and service has really gone downhill. Very greasy wings and several pieces were so full of gross cartilage you couldn’t eat it. Also the customer service has really changed from what it used to be. I hope improvements are made soon. I usually love Wingstop but was a big let down. I placed a to go order and had a friend pick it up. They forgot the fries. I tried calling to get a refund. No one answered. I wouldn’t recommend this location. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. It’s clear they’re unorganized and uninterested in providing decent customer service.
