From our tasting to the wedding cake itself, every single detail was perfect. Darcy is a dream to work with and I absolutely loved our cakes! We did two different cakes that were two different flavors, one for my husband and I to cut in front of guests and the other stayed in the kitchen until time to serve and we got so many compliments on both! We ended up changing the style and shape of our main cake fairly last minute and she had zero issues accommodating that, and I'm so thankful because it turned out even better than I imagined

We had less than a 60 day turnaround on our cake order and Darcy was able to fit us into her busy schedule which we very much appreciated. Darcy was able to execute our vision for the cake perfectly and we both were beyond pleased with how it turned out. On the day of the wedding, she was prompt, professional, and timely and ensured our cake was setup perfectly in the reception hall. My only regret is that I couldn't stare and admire it longer (lol). We tried tastings from other companies, but we never felt as though they cared for us nor that we mattered as customers. Darcy made us feel special and did an amazing job on our cake. Our guests raves about her lemon cake, and it was clearly a hit because there was none left over at the end of the night! We also had her chocolate cake with caramel filling, strawberry cake with cream cheese filling and vanilla cake with amaretto filling (my favorite). We plan to return to Darcy on our 1 year anniversary to get mini versions of our flavors from our wedding night!
