Darcy did the groom's cake for my now husband which was an acoustic guitar, and the final product was so believable that one family member thought it was a real guitar and accidentally left fingerprints on it! Darcy was incredible to work with and asked great questions to make sure we were on the same page - she really made the process so easy, and the cake itself was absolutely incredible!
We purchased her cake. 3 out of 6 of us got very sick! The only thing that was the same was the cake. When I called to tell her she had an attitude. She claimed it could not be her cake! She offered to send a gift card in the mail. She never did! We will never use her services for cakes again!
Darcy and her team were amazing to work with on my mom’s 75th birthday cake. She sent great ideas for the white party we were throwing, making the decision easy on me with so many details that needed to come together. She turned it around on fairly short notice too, which i really appreciate. She even had a cake stand for me so I didn’t have to go buy one! The cake was beautiful, delicious and got so many compliments. I’ll definitely use Cakes by Darcy again...read full review
