Online ordering was very convenient. I hope my daughter and grandkids enjoy the chocolates.

We had an incredible time learning about chocolate and making our own candy bars!

I brought a group of residents and they thoroughly enjoyed the whole thing!
Making the bar of chocolate and learning the history was so fun.

What a fun and beautifully crafted evening, and of course absolutely delicious. What a fantastically run business, full of heart and craft.

My friends and I enjoyed making out our chocolate while sipping wine at Chamberlain chocolate factory. It was so refreshing to meet shop owners and they were so accommodating with my food allergies. We make our own custom truffles, chocolate bark, and dipped fruit. We also enjoyed learning about how chocolate is made. We will return to make our own custom chocolate bar.

It was a FUN tasty Valentine’s experience! Joe and Christy were friendly and accommodating. Only suggestion would be not having to wait over an hour before the hands on experience started. The first hour is a lecture on the history of chocolate which is interesting but could have been incorporated throughout the session. The treats we made and decorated were delicious!

We did one of their chocolate classes, and it was wonderful. We learned a lot about the history of chocolate, and we had a blast making chocolate treats. I have a nut allergy, and they were very careful to make sure that I didn't come into contact with any nuts.

Great place to have a birthday party! My daughter turned 6 and had such a unique experience for her first birthday party. Christy was amazingly helpful and available throughout the entire process—great customer service! We enjoyed.

Hi. My wife and I came here to see what they offer. We live nearby. We had some truffles and bought some other chocolates. All were just great. Never knew they were so close by. Also might have my sisters birthday party here with our family in a few months. Looks like a great idea

If I could rate it zero stars I would. I placed an order for chocolate covered strawberry and assorted chocolates for a birthday gift. When I placed the order, it didn’t ask me when I wanted to pick it up or what time or what day. It said it would be ready on Saturday when I come on Saturday the man behind the counter told me there wasn’t an order. He said where did I place the order I said your guys Website. He said he didn’t know when I wanted to pick it up and that’s why they didn’t make it. If that was the case why didn’t they call me to ask. So he lied about not receiving my order and kept coming up with lies. And he was able to cancel it from his end even though he supposedly “didn’t receive it”. I drove from far just for them to not have my order ready. He didn’t even make it right. Because it’s there fault from there end for not even contacting me to ask.

Update: Please do not embarrass yourself and lie. Because you even cancelled my order from your end. How were you able to cancel my order if you’re saying you supposedly didn’t receive it 🤔 bad customer service and want to gaslight customers.

I find it crazy how you wanna lie and say I cancelled my order.. why would I drive all the way to your location to ask for my order and say I cancelled it. That makes no sense. You can’t come up with any better lie. You’re making it seem like I am a crazy person. You’re the one who said you can’t do anything but give me a refund. Stop changing your story. I will be contacting the news if you don’t quit your lied and admit your mistakes
