This location has issues. Upon arriving, I see a sign on the counter saying "we are working hard, if you aren't patient we can cancel your order" (or something like that). Sounds like a cop-out and I've never seen a restaurant say "we're working hard, please be patient. If you won't, we can cancel your order".This tells me the restaurant cannot fulfill orders and isn't functioning properly.I asked for an 8 corner pizza with triple sauce. The pizza barely had any sauce on it.Finally, I paid online and closed the check. The pizza was handed over and the employee then printed off a receipt and wanted me to sign it. I told him I already paid online. (AKA TipFlation). I continued walking out as he said "you gotta sign it" and simply said "no".That is so trashy, printing up receipts and demanding signatures to try to guilt customers into giving a tip when they order pickup and pay online. This isn't delivery, all they do is hand a pizza over a counter.Definitely got the "ick" from this location.

Jets does not use fresh mushrooms, something I found out the hard way adding them to my pizza for the first time and getting a chewy soggy mess. While I love the turbo crust, I’ll probably never be back because the pizza is always a letdown whenever I try to add toppings. Also, arrived at the time we were told the order would be ready (30 min from time of ordering) and when we arrived, was told it would be another 20-30 minutes. Incredibly frustrating. Unfortunately, probably won’t be back to jets anymore after this last experience.Vegetarian options: The vegetables they use are not fresh(they are frozen, canned), therefore, if you are vegetarian, the food is not that great and even dominos has better options because they at least use fresh cut veg.

Don't bother!! I've always loved Jets pizza. This location (Roswell) is NOT up to par in any aspect. It took 3hrs for delivery and it wasn't during a busy time. That is just the standard for them. No one answers the phone. They are not friendly or understanding. The pizza was cold once it finally arrived. The brownie was a brick and not at all edible. And don't bother calling to tell them, they DON'T CARE. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. The reviews are sadly accurate.

Had to wait too long. I text to order and came at my appointed time for pick up. I asked how much longer, and after waiting 25 minutes past the promised time. I was told I haven’t been waiting that long. No apology. No remorse. I should have read the reviews.To exchange $40 for pizza & wings, I expect better service & timeliness.Resolution could have been as simple as, can I get you a drink? Or I’ll throw in some breadsticks, or I’ll get you a discount.
Pizza is good when it arrives. Doesn’t matter when you order it, it will arrive when it does. Order at 5pm and ask for 6:30pm delivery, it arrives at 7pm. Jets - you’ll get it when we give it to you

extremely slow. last time ordered delivery and was one hour past schedule as said short drivers. Have tried using delivery service and still late scheduled as thirty minutes or not later than one hour. at 1.5 hours and nothing.

Firstly, I want to give a shout-out to the manager who was very professional and polite with awesome customer service skills. The restaurant was closing, and I told him how I drove from xyz to get a pepperoni boat pizza that I've been craving for the last two days. He politely took my order. So it was made to order fresh. It was so good. Hot and yummy. The other staff was nice. They were in the process of getting things in order to close. The restaurant was clean.Parking: The parking is a shared parking lot to other businesses. But I've never had problems finding a place to park.

If you're wondering why your online order takes so long from this location, it's because the manager has a chip on his shoulder about having to use delivery app services and purposefully delays making all UberEats and DoorDash orders. If this were a rating for enacting a vendetta against delivery apps, they'd get five stars. But as a rating for having a functional pizza delivery business, they get the lowest possible. Not to mention the pizza looks like something you'd get from Chucky Cheese.
