They never had baguettes when we eat here! They have removed the salad I eat almost every time and the sandwich my son likes with their new menu and not replaced it with anything decent. No longer going to be a customer of Panera.

Stay away! This Panera Bread will be closed within a few months! Long wait, like literally 25 minutes for a bowl of mac n cheese for my daughter. Turning guests away while we wait stating they have no staff and running out of food. Friday, 6:41pm on 1/5. Sad.

I tried to order soup in a bread bowl but the app kept saying you were out so I called and spoke a delightful lady on the phone that took my order for Mac and cheese which my daughter loves the bread with - also out of, and then my other daughter and I wasn soup in a bread bowl which they were out, so she said I’m going do something. I’ll take the bread we use for sandwich melts and cut it up for your orders! When I went to pick it up she heard me say my name and came out from the back to personally hand to me! It was the manager Anissa! (Not sure if I spelled correctly) she’s got a gift of excellent customer service elevating what would have been a disappointment to an excellent and yummy experience.
