So sad, but this location needs help. You go to Panera thinking you'll have fresh, quality ingredients ... not today. Quite a bit of my salad had brown or turning lettuce in it. The same for two other salads in our group. The Mac & cheese did receive compliments. The restaurant was also dirty (tables, booths, and flooring). This Woodstock Road Panera Bread restaurant in Roswell, GA, rarely has pickup orders ready on time (I only go to this restaurant whenever my boss requests Panera). Today, I placed a small lunch order to be picked up by 12:15. I arrived on time, but I had to wait because my two sandwiches were not ready until 12:27.
