Drive further if you want Popeye’s. This location is terrible and I don’t understand how corporate has allowed this to persist.

The manager Zack at this location made my experience a very pleasant one. Ive been to this location before several times and ive always left with some kind of issue whether its my order not correct or they were out of something I wanted or just bad customer service in general. Today was not that case and I was happy to interact with Zack and his exceptional service.

Oh my goooodddnnneeessss!!! THIS is how chicken is supposed to be seasoned. I visited another Popeye's location and they though spicy was just sprinkling some ghost pepper seasoning on it. Tasted like cardboard. But from this location, I could taste the seasoning throughout the chicken and it was absolutely wonderful. When I bite into Popeye's chicken ,this is exactly what I want to experience (and yes, I lived in New Orleans so I know how it's supposed to taste)

The WORST popeye location ever. Poor customer service and long wait all the time. Also they are notorious for messing up online order so check the food after picking up

General Manager NOTORIUS for RUDE Behavior

Other employees told me there are over 20 complaints about him in ONLY 2 WEEKS!

Rude manager, dark skin general manager called my car raggedy and told me NOT to come back. He also said that I should get some money to fix my car. He also said that I need to get my front teeth fixed. I never said anything rude to him about his appearance. I just wanted to pay for the food I ordered. He told me he would call the police if I didn't leave the drive thru. He refused to take my order, and accused me of not giving my order when he was the one who couldn't remember what I had ordered. He also refused to give me his name. If this man HATES working here, he shouldn't take it out on the customers. This happened on Sunday February 22, 2026 at the Alpharetta highway location around 1:00 PM at the drive through window.

I went to another Popeyes to order food. They were MUCH nicer than the general manager at this location.

My husband & I did an online order last night. Upon arrival NO OTHER CAR WAS THERE in the drive thru line!!!! We came from the Hwy 9/Mansell side causing us to just pull up to the side of the “pick up” window. We got to the window & sat there for like 1 minute. TWO employees saw us, no acknowledgment AT ALL at 1st. The drive thru employee finally came to the window with an attitude; tone & body language explained it all. She greeted us with a tone like in other words “what are we doing there”. My husband stated that we were there for our mobile order. Employee stated that we needed to drive around to the “speaker”. We drove around to the speaker & stated we were there for our mobile order. Employee instructed us to pull around. I say all this to say, customer service needs to be improved at this location.

They can’t ever get your order right! They always forget something or are out of something. The people are slow , they don’t even change the grease in enough time. Sir seems like the only one with some sense.

The guy working the drive thru was extremely rude he thru my drink in the garbage and canceled my order today because I asked for fresh food I would like corporate to reach out to me no customer should have an experience like the one I encountered today it was inhumane

Will never return. I see people making the same complaints about customer service and the manager says he’ll do something about it. Seems like they need a new manager/trainer or corporate needs to close them down.
