I am extremely disappointed with our experience here tonight.

During the clean up process, the chef splashed hot water (or whatever liquid was being used to clean the grill) onto my 15-month-old daughter. She immediately started screaming and crying, and I had to leave the table with her to make sure there wasn’t any bad burns. As a result, I didn't even get to eat the meal I paid for.

What upset me most was the way the situation was handled. The chef gave a quick “sorry” and continued cleaning as if nothing happened. No manager came to check on my child, no one asked if she was okay, and no compensation or discount was offered despite the fact that our meal was completely interrupted.

Accidents happen, but customer service is about how those accidents are handled. A toddler was hurt and visibly distressed, yet there seemed to be very little concern from the staff. I left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and like my family's experience simply didn't matter.

We love Sake so much! Noelle was amazing.

We enjoyed our hibachi dinner here. They still provide a couple shrimp to all and ice cream for dessert included. The show was good and tailored to the audience.

I ordered through Uber Eats on May 28, and the experience was unacceptable. Every roll tasted old and had a strong fishy smell. We ended up throwing everything away. The soup was thick, tasted spoiled, and was inedible. This was a horrible experience and a complete waste of money. I’m very disappointed and would like this issue reviewed and addressed.

Noelle was adorable and an amazing server who made sure we were happy and comfortable during our dinner date! And Oscar was such a delight and not only made our food delicious but our experience fun! Me and my husband needed a good date night out and eating here was the best choice we made of the evening ! We will absolutely be back for the amazing hibachi and atmosphere! Family Owned and they care about their customers experience! ❤ Thank you for a wonderful and delicious time! 🤗

Our family has been loyal customers of Asahi for close to twenty years and were so sad to find out that it sold. Once we realized that the entire staff (and menu) has moved to Sake, we just had to follow.

We were greeted by our favorite familiar faces (who even remembered us instantly!) and couldn’t believe our luck. The food was the same delicious and amazing quality (especially their signature ginger dressing!), the chefs had their classic show, and the atmosphere was even better than it was before.

Thank you for a lovely evening and we are so happy to make Sake our new hibachi home!

We love Sake! They always make us feel at home, and the food is consistently great. They have the best sauce I have ever tried. We used to go to a different restaurant where some of the staff worked, and we were so grateful to learn through Nextdoor that many of them are here now. They truly have the best team! BC, Oscar, Tie, Sewie, and Kevin are some of our favorites—but no matter who is working, you will have a great meal and experience!
