Love this location usually makes my drinks perfect so today I had to get a refund today JESSICA doesn’t know how to make cold form. I ordered the Dubai chocolate matcha and she confirmed the cold form was in the drink so with me mentioning JESSICA confirmed which also confirms it wasn’t sitting at the top as the pic pictures shows. Cold foam training class may be overdue! Presentation and good attitude is everything! Usually I get that at this location this morning not so much so JESSICA earned this location a 1 star review.

Don’t order frappes and specify whether or not you want light whip cream, no caramel etc. This location ignores your requests and you drive off and realize you have paid over $20 to not have what you asked for!! DISAPPOINTING AGAIN!!!

Location advertised open but it’s closed. This has happened multiple times. One time, there wasn’t even a sign in drive thru. We sat and waited for 5 minutes for someone to tell us through the speakers they were closed.. ?!
