Closed for over 3 weeks already and maps still shows them as open.

Location advertised open but it’s closed. This has happened multiple times. One time, there wasn’t even a sign in drive thru. We sat and waited for 5 minutes for someone to tell us through the speakers they were closed.. ?!
I went yesterday for my red cup ! And this people decided to closed !!
Disappointed with the service today — waited 12 minutes in the drive-thru line before even reaching the point to place an order. Very slow and poorly managed.

They add wayyyy too much matcha powder to the iced matcha. It shouldn’t be dark green. Like come on
I tried the new protein latte and it was pretty good. Unfortunately, I couldn't find it the nutrition facts for the drink. My daughter loved the new raccoon cakepop.

I really want to give them an A+ for effort but the more I think about my experience it’s a leadership opportunity- short staffed - manager did not know how to follow with first come first serve. I watched customers behind me get their drink when mine was super simple. The employees were running around trying to work hard but had no direction. Sunday morning and you can’t handle a small crowd of customers - I personally waited for 15 plus minutes for an ice coffee - Starbucks you can do better

The service people were very rude, I kept trying to reassure them that I was not angry at them but I paid $15.75 for a drink and $10.50 for muffin and I just wanted my cup to be filled up to the top and not a quarter of my cup to be empty. I told them that I don’t get Starbucks a lot so if they could help me I would appreciate it. The guy just kept asking me well what do you want and the other woman was dealing with me as if she was irritated. The whole interaction I just kept apologizing for not knowing what certain things meant and what that would do or create in my drink. I just wanted more understanding and guidance instead of them

Whatever you do, please do not stop here if you are in a rush to get to work. You will not get your order in a timely manner like other Starbucks locations. They have one girl working on mobile orders and lobby orders all at once by herself, they have another girl working on drive-through orders all by herself. The location is not that big. I will never stop here again. Took me approximately 30 minutes just to get one drink.
