When u go through the drive thru it will take a long time and they will mess up your order it tastes and smelled like curdled milk. Their sarcastic attitudes are not all that with the customers There are other coffee shops that are better faster cheaper and appreciate

Spent 20 minutes in the drive-thru line. We ordered ahead and prepaid, so we couldn't leave the line, or we would have. The coffee was bitter and tasted burnt. This location is a hard pass.

The worst service I have ever received from a Starbucks! Put in a mobile order at 5:16, got there at 5:25, then watched the barista make 2 drinks, no one in the lobby but me. I then asked if he had a mobile drink order, he then proceeded to pull it from the machine. He placed the sticker on my cup, then started cleaning the counter then made 2 more drinks. Finally he made mine, it was now 5:36. Was about to hand it to me and said “oh, I made it wrong, I will need to make it again.” I said I am in a hurry thats why i did a mobile order. I’ll take it as it is. There is a Starbucks on every corner, don’t need to go to this one. Avoid this store!

Terrible service. I ordered a matcha tea with light ice, same as I get every morning and it taste terrible and when I ask for them to re make it the manager stood back and watched them continue to mess up my drink that was mostly ice and very little watered down matcha. Then had the nerve to ask for a tip before I even received my drink

I would have given Five Star’s because the Starbucks cold pumpkin Frappuccino is SOOOOO DELICIOUS!!! ?☕️?? And the employees are very nice & hard working. ❤️But I took one star off because of the multiple flies flying around & landing on my food that grossed me out, preventing me from eating my egg white sandwich. ?

I love this particular Airport Starbucks. They are very friendly and even if they are out of certain things sometimes (primarily towards the end of the night before closing), I still rock with them. This is my go-to Starbucks!

I visited a couple months ago, and my drink was made by Rory. Very good! When I came back again the worker told me that he moved to a different location. Good drinks and nice staff.

Not the first time we come in with a small group of friends to order drinks (separate orders). A part of the group gets the drinks right away and the rest get ignored. I have to come up to the counter (several times!) and ask for what happened to the rest of the drinks? I don’t know who makes the mistake in the ordering process, but the attitude from the workers could be nicer considering I add a tip to the order as well.
