Some of the friendliest service in the greater Atlanta area, I’ve ever experienced!
The WORST customer service and I don’t mean the employees. I made a large order on my lunch break- paid for it- drove all the way there and they wouldn’t let me in! Then a manager was outside and said she’d go in and get it. She comes back out and tells me they didn’t make it and sorry call the Starbucks number. Ummmmm what! This is the third time I’ve made a big order and tried to pick up and they wouldn’t let me in. The store is never opened it’s just bad business.
If your in a hurry I don’t recommend! Just waiting 20min for my coffee inside the store and then I ended up cancelling the order and got a refund!
