The food was good but not the best ever. Fries were still warm but not hot when handed to me from the drive thru guy. Only took the standard Steak ‘n Shake amount of time to get food so not slow. I will probably eat here again but with so many burger options probably not very often, I like fresh hot fries!

Fries is the best. I love the burger when I'm eating, but after an hour or two, I usually (not always) do not have good feelings. But, I still will be there in the future.

Literally sat in the drive thru along with 4 other cars only to realize nobody was working. There was no sign or anything noting they would be closing before 9:30. Their website mentions midnight. Just sad
This is the second time I went, unloaded kids out of the car and the dining, which was addressed as open had both the front doors locked, WITH customers inside at 630 pm. The first time they locked the doors, was at 1230 pm for lunch again, when they publicly stated that dining was open.We loaded our crying toddler back in the car seat and went to the drive thru to see why in the heck was the dining locked. We were told there was an AC issue. I don't know if the owner is aware the staff is just locking doors from much needed customers to this usual nearly vacant parking and appearance of being unbusy, but I don't see this location being open much longer. My family and I will never try to go back.Why load kids up and arrive at a diner that you don't even know is open or not?

Straight up, these guys are awful.I've tried to order, through Uber Eats, a few times now. This latest time and one other there are missing items. Not even close.Order Bacon Cheeseburger, no Bacon. Order Cheese Fries, no Cheese.A real pattern of no care at all for presentation or even inclusion of all that was ordered.The good news is Uber Eats has a means to somewhat recover, the bad news is Steak 'n Shake clearly does not care.

Decent value menu & the food is soooooo much tastier than McDonald's. I compare them bc I usually eat here on my lunch break, but used to go to the nearby McD's. The time it takes to get the food & pricing are about the same, but SnS tastes so much better. The food is usually fresher, too. I've only been served old fries once, but I really didn't mind bc they weren't soggy & were still hot and crunchy (I'm a fan of thin crunchy fries). The servers frequently seem stressed, as the restaurant is likely understaffed, like everywhere, but they are polite & seem to be doing the best they can. I definitely appreciate what they do & that, unlike the nearby McDonald's, I'm getting tasty food at a reasonable price from decent people. Thanks, y'all! And hang in there!

If I could rate Zero stars I would..I'm originally from the area and haven't been there for 8-9yrs and I know COVID changed everything BUT this location is the worst of any restaurant I've ever experienced way too much to write to even complain about from sticking to the floors every time you walk to the service received from the employees..they even completely shut down the dining room bc they couldn't serve my family correctly my honest opinion is close it down till you can get it right but ya know that won't happen so People be aware that you are prolly getting nasty food if their kitchen looks anything like their dining room.. Owner please watch your cameras see the service that was received by your employees that stated "It's ok that you didn't like the service y'all don't have to come back here then"
