Literally sat in the drive thru along with 4 other cars only to realize nobody was working. There was no sign or anything noting they would be closing before 9:30. Their website mentions midnight. Just sad
This is the second time I went, unloaded kids out of the car and the dining, which was addressed as open had both the front doors locked, WITH customers inside at 630 pm. The first time they locked the doors, was at 1230 pm for lunch again, when they publicly stated that dining was open.We loaded our crying toddler back in the car seat and went to the drive thru to see why in the heck was the dining locked. The food was good but not the best ever. Fries were still warm but not hot when handed to me from the drive thru guy. Only took the standard Steak ‘n Shake amount of time to get food so not slow. I will probably eat here again but with so many burger options probably not very often, I like fresh hot fries!
