If I could double the zero stars I would, lady up front speaks no English and she gives you less of everything and very unsanitary. Please go to another subway red flags unless you speak Spanish. And even then better hope you don’t get two slices of meat and less toppings.

There was a misunderstanding in how I communicated a very specific sub to Jessie. When I got home I saw the sun was not right but I was able to bring it back and Jessie fixed it and then some. She was patient and understanding and very professional in how she handled the matter!

Went in for a sub. Walked out disrespected with no sub. They just stand there on the phone until you acknowledge them. Don't care about your customers.I just realized half the other reviews are about the same experience as me. Just shut down this location already.

Filled out the online survey leave good review. Go to use the bathroom and there is no toilet paper..funny right?..not at all?..evidently there is more emphasis on the quality of the food and how to make a good sandwich but not the condition of the restrooms..oh yea the floor in the men's bathroom and around the toilet look like they never been cleaned..I was nice and didn't take photos..

This time it was horrible, I got to pick up my order that I made online and the worker was on his cell phone and when I asked him about my order because it was time to pick it up and he barely started to do it and that person is super slow and his service was so disgusting. He did not bring his name for that reason I do not give his name but he is a skinny man with long hair.

I placed order for pickup, but when I arrived to pick up my food, they told me they don’t have my order. Then I checked my email - they cancelled it after 10 minutes I’ve placed it. Great!!

SLOW! While the employee was friendly, but he worked so slow! He also was working on 5-6 orders at the same time (had bread all lined up). Food portion and taste were as expected, but I can't imagine if this place got busy, or with a lot of online/mobile order, it will not turn out well and will have a lot of unhappy customers.

NEVER go to this location. Placed an online order curbside pickup that was well LATE which made me late to where I was going... even tipped well to make sure a smooth pickup, well NO. The guy working, whoever it was this afternoon took several orders while mine sat there well after the pick up time, then, to make things even better, I got the sandwich, the bread was ripped and it completely fell apart, it's like he just mashed everything together, DISGUSTING.
