Subway is a favorite spot known for its always-soft bread, making sandwiches much better. The staff is highly praised for their service. One customer had a misunderstanding about their order but the staff handled it professionally. However, the service can be slow due to employees working on multiple orders simultaneously, which might be an issue during busy times.
