I have never been to a McDonald’s where EVERYONE SINGLE TIME I come, I am pulled up to wait on an extremely simple order. Every. Single. Time. It never fails. It is absolutely ridiculous. Hartwell, lavonia, and Everton locations are so much better. Toccoa is even better than this. What in the world????

Order two frappes on the mobile app get here and they ask you to pull up and then sit for 10 minutes before getting them absolutely ridiculous

A total of 3 times this week I have tried to go get a sundae 🍨 BUT all 3 times they were not selling ice cream, smh. It being so hot outside you would think that the ice cream would be the money maker but can't be if you ain't even selling it. Lord help our people do better. I won't be back. I'll drive 15/20 mins to lavonia before I try this sanity again.

Whoever they made manager in the last few months, I would say the last 3 to 6 months sucks. I stopped by there last night around 8 o’clock place. My order was a fish sandwich combo. I asked them to put the sauce on the side because normally they add too much sauce to the sandwich And is oozing out the sides. I noticed that the rude girl that rang me up. Wouldn’t even let me finish what I was saying. She asked me if that’s it that’s it if that’s it said I said to her, I said, how do you normally charge for sauces that usually come on the sandwich and she’s like Didn’t say anything something rude didn’t even answer my question and I said I need to speak your manager she’s like my manager is the one that told me to do that I proceeded to just drive off because I didn’t want to get an altercation with this person, and I politely called corporate and talked to the young lady on the corporate answer like operator board She took my information she took where the store was and also told me that this would be handled so I told her I would not be back until this manager is no longer there and they hire some competent staff. It used to be a good McDonald’s and I used to love coming by. The food was always so hot and Fresh And the people there were very polite no longer.

The employees are mostly nice except for the cleanliness of the restaurant itself whenever I went to the bathroom there was a few roaches scattering up the wall, and there are also some near their coffee machine when I went to go grab my bag I've got to say I do feel like this restaurant has a bad bug infestation I've also heard from prior employees that I've ran into at various stores that there's been a bug issue for the longest time since they've been there, I also called the health inspector at one point and he never showed. This isn't the employees fault it's the store manager's fault heck, it's the district manager's fault she needs to step up on this cleanliness I hope this review doesn't fall on deaf ears

Went through the drive through and got the wrong order twice. The manager refused to correct the order because I didn’t keep the receipt. I explained to her we were at the pool and my husband didn’t keep it and tried to show her it was the spicy wrap but she argued that she gave me the ranch. I offered to show her it but she refused to come to the window or give me her name when I told her that I was going to call corporate because of her attitude. She claimed I yelled at her when I had a sleeping baby in the car and was talking to her like I would any regular order. I wasn’t even mad that I had to go in the drive through a second time but was shocked at her decision to not fix the issue. I will like to speak to the owner and have them look at any recording of this woman’s behavior.

I visited this McDonalds this morning on my way back home from our 4th of July weekend at our property down the road. I usually don’t get fast food, but I was in a hurry to get home. About 30 minutes after finishing my food, I start sweating and feeling very nauseous. It’s been about an hour and a half since, I am back home and I can confirm I have food poisoning. I haven’t been uncomfortably sick like this in years. Without being too graphic, it has been as awful as you can imagine it to be. I have very unfortunately learned my lesson, and will not be returning.
