This McDonald's in heartwell will serve half raw beef burgers on purpose everyday to make the restaurant fast and to make the burgers appear to be less dry. They will yell and fire workers for not serving raw beef burgers. They say they are allowed. Coming from someone who used to work here and quit with documentation of the food and recordings. Don't eat here.

All McDonald's owned by the Patel organization are the same. The service and attitude are atrocious. No one from the manager down cares. None of their stores are friendly. You will be pulled up almost every time you go to the drive thru. You can be the only car in line and be pulled up. And you can forget about counter service. Use the kiosk or leave. Every employee constantly has their back to the counter and no one greets anyone. It's terrible.

Food is normally good quality, but we are always missing something or we have to wait like 15-20 minutes even when it's slow. We never go if it's busy. If you've got a lot of time to kill, this is the place to go. If you're in a rush, best to skip. And ALWAYS check your bag before you leave. They WILL forget something.

The lady didn't want to, she ignored us. She's awful, she shouldn't work there. I don't know if she's the owner of McDonald's, that's why she behaves like that.

The lobby soda machines was down the ice cream machine down the shake machine was being cleaned got told to leave and come back in a couple hours
Wasn't so good this time! Normally we love this location but today everyone seemed to be in a bad mood. The young cashier didn't listen to anything that we said for our order. We ordered double 1/4 pounders and got singles. We asked for one to be ketchup, mayo, and cheese and got all 3 that way. In the middle of the order she walked out to give someone waiting their food and another woman had to finish our order.
Hate to say it but it tastes good and I can afford it with 4 children. McDonald's i respect you. God bless.

By far the worst McDonald's in the area. The only reason I come to this location and not the one in Hartwell is because I work in Royston. Almost every single time I'm here, when it's busy, when it's not, mobile order or order at the drive thru, I'm told I need to park and wait for food. This has happened literally everytime I come. Today I went at 2pm after putting in a mobile order and it was NOT busy but was told I had to park because they didn't have any fries ready. How do you not have any fries made at 2 in the afternoon? When I was finally given my food, fries were cold and looked old. Absolutely not fries that supposedly had to be made. Every employee over there in the afternoons is rude and extremely disorganized. On multiple occasions I have cold fries, burnt burgers, burgers that are just slapped together or just straight up wrong orders. Seldom do I actually have a fresh meal from this location. After today I will not be back. Something needs to change here. The one in Hartwell is excellent!

I dont understand why they make every car pull into the reserved drive thru parking and still bring out lukewarm food? The staff is usually very nice for what's it worth but I've been here twice in the last month to get lunch for a hospice patient and i might as well bring it from hartwell if its gonna be cold anyways.....
