Disgusting. Horrible service from the girls behind the registers. Greasy floors and counter tops. Our food was stale and barely warm. Do better, and hire people with basic manners and personalities. Teach them to say something other than "yes?" while making ZERO eye contact. The worst McDonald's that I have ever been to.

Armardia works morning shift. A very pretty lady. She is ALWAYS so nice. She ALWAYS has a good attitude. She’s ALWAYS smiling. Literally, love seeing her every morning. Even when I’m not having a good day, going thru the drive thru and seeing her be so bubbly and “looks” excited to greet every customer is so refreshing. 🥰 She has amazing customer service.

It's one of the cleanest McDonald's I've been to in recent years. I was impressed with how quickly they moved. The food beat me to the window. I'd love to have written a glowing review. But accuracy over speed is untimely what I'd prefer. I ordered a triple cheese add mayo, add lettuce, and add tomatoes. I got a triple cheese with tartar sauce... that's just flat-out wrong on so many levels. They did resolve the issue to the best of their abilities but... how do you make right, mildly traumatizing a man

Charged full price for a breakfast special the samevowner must own the lavonia store
Was asked to pull up because they couldn't make 4 icecreams the coffee I got wasn't mixed with caramel I tasted like it was watered down the cookies were cold and hard. The icecream we finally got was half melted. Then I asked them to exchange the coffee for a sweet tea. Took to long so we left as the icecreams were melting even more. So we left with cold hard cookies no drink and melted icecream. Won't be coming back. Photo off icecream when we first got it.

Parking: There is plenty of parking next to building you don't have to walk far.
Wheelchair accessibility: There could be more handycap parking. Otherwise they have a nice parking lot

We went 8/12/24 at 5:30pm. My husband went inside, no one would come to.the register. We went to the drive by. All we wanted was chicken sandwich with mayo and a hamburger ketchup only. 3 people asked about our order. At the pay window, again the order was not right. He took it again. Told them to stop and do it like we ordered, an argument broke out inside. He said go to next window we did, 2 more tried to handle the order. They acted like we were trying to leave without paying. The girl got smart. We open our bag, it was WRONG! Ketchup on a chicken sandwich. We said it is wrong. we didn't order that and just give our money back. They said they couldn't take the food back. My husband put it back through the window. Another girl came over yelling and bringing him his change. He asked for all his money back. She finally gave it to us. Accused us of being hateful and rude, slamed the window and but the bar up and kept screaming leave now.... what an experience. Lord help us if we had had a big order. We have been there at different time the day, the service is not always the best but this was ridiculous.
