Never will go back here as soon as I walked in there was a kid behind the counter so I went ahead and placed my order for some wings an half pep an half cheese when I got going down the road the pizza was thin an hard an an was cut half way so had to rip it apart wings where ok but when called the store to complain had to call several times an when someone finally answered I heard some male in the back ground saying I’m about to unplug that phone they denied me a refund an try to say thing can remake it but I’m not wasting gas for that nasty place

Placed online order waited over 45 minutes. To be informed one of my pizzas was given to another customer by accident. Proceeded to wait am additional 10 min. For a pizza I had already paid for. Ridiculous. She was much more distracted with her kids running around the lobby than actually doing her job.

We walked in and there were multiple kids running around NAKED and screaming. Come to find out it was on of the employees kids, so unprofessional and absolutely disgusting. I understand needing to bring your kids to work but she didn’t seem to care that her kids were running around her place of work naked. She also proceeded to tell us that it was going to be a 45min to hour wait so we decided to leave and saw her go sit down in the lobby after we left the store.

I order here at least once a month, every time it always takes so long for my order. Tonight I only ordered 2 cheesy bites pizzas and took over 40 minutes, one of the employees weren’t even in uniform and had her 3 children running around the dining area screaming.

This Pizza hut was small town USA remote and boring. The pizza sucked. No better Then little caesars. I hadn't been to pizza hut in a long time , but expected better than this. There was only one girl operating the restaurant.Most of her orders were from online. At least she cooked my pizza in fifteen minutes .... That was a plus. Next time I'm in royson georgia,I will go to papa john's across the street.

Ordered a hand tossed pizza online carry out. The pizza was more thin than the thin and crispy. Hard overcooked. No toppings on 2 pieces that had bubbled up. The most disappointing pizza I have ever had. No more Royston Pizza Hut for us. This is not the only bad pizza I’ve had from there but it was bad enough to do this review.

My wife and I have been eating at Pizza Hut in Royston most of our life . This trip we order a super supreme minus shroons and black olives . I want to say this pizza was cooked to perfection!! Probably the best we have ever eaten from Pizza Hut. Bennett was the young man in the back manning the kitchen. The young lady (Bri) at the register was very professional and friendly as well. Awesome job to these two and we can’t wait eat there again,soon! Thank you both !!! Joey and Christy

I have had soo many issues with the pizza not cooked properly and thoroughly it's almost always half cooked or less. I have made several complaints in the store. Now I don't think they have a district manager if they do they must not read the comments. If you want good pizza do like most in royston skip the place they don't care

I Support Our Military
We had ordered takeout and was shorted one pizza. My daughter picked it up and didn't realize the mistake. I called and spoke to the manager, who was very nice at the time, and gave us a store credit under our number. Well, upon redeeming the credit, the manager gave the poor girl at the register a hard time. She asked questions that she didn't know the answer to, and was treated horribly. We told her, it was fine, we would just pay for the order since he was giving her a hard time. He continued to be a total jerk to the cashier, talking down to her like she was stupid. I felt so bad that I apologized to her for his attitude. I asked for his name, in which I will not divulge in the review, but I will give to the owner of this restaurant, if asked. We will not eat there again. And I hope the young lady finds a better place to work.
