My wife and I have been eating at Pizza Hut in Royston most of our life . This trip we order a super supreme minus shroons and black olives . I want to say this pizza was cooked to perfection!! Probably the best we have ever eaten from Pizza Hut. Bennett was the young man in the back manning the kitchen. The young lady (Bri) at the register was very professional and friendly as well. Awesome job to these two and we can’t wait eat there again,soon! Thank you both !!! Joey and Christy

I have had soo many issues with the pizza not cooked properly and thoroughly it's almost always half cooked or less. I have made several complaints in the store. Now I don't think they have a district manager if they do they must not read the comments. If you want good pizza do like most in royston skip the place they don't care

I Support Our Military
We had ordered takeout and was shorted one pizza. My daughter picked it up and didn't realize the mistake. I called and spoke to the manager, who was very nice at the time, and gave us a store credit under our number. Well, upon redeeming the credit, the manager gave the poor girl at the register a hard time. She asked questions that she didn't know the answer to, and was treated horribly. We told her, it was fine, we would just pay for the order since he was giving her a hard time. He continued to be a total jerk to the cashier, talking down to her like she was stupid. I felt so bad that I apologized to her for his attitude. I asked for his name, in which I will not divulge in the review, but I will give to the owner of this restaurant, if asked. We will not eat there again. And I hope the young lady finds a better place to work.

Was for a take out order, changed our minds they let us Dine in, the service was fantastic, they played fun music, kept drinks full, laughed with us, and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Pizza Hut crew.
I placed a mobile or at approximately 7:45 pm April 13, 2024. Typically, when I place an order online, the order is ready after I make the 29 minute drive to get to the Royston location.Upon arrival, the lobby was full and it was noticeable that the customers’ tensions were high…not all were polite…and the crew was doing absolutely everything they could to maintain their composure/emotions/professionalism. SEVERAL of us waited over 2 hours for food…patiently and politely.I commend the crew for doing what they could but was extremely disappointed to watch a young lady, that came in/ordered behind me, not only get her order comped but leave before me. I was offered nothing after waiting in location for over 2 hours. Everyone that waited patiently and politely should’ve been offered something for not canceling their order or walking out with food without paying.Again, the crew held their ground and did the best they could while being short staffed and being treated poorly by the crowd ahead of me.

Horrific, just like the three previous orders. Paid for pan pizza and got something flat as a pancake. Had mushrooms on half, they “forgot”. Took almost two hours to actually receive the wrong food. Last time for them. ??
