Cook was in a bad mood waitress tried to be nice never got a refill our food was not even anything to talk about. What they called grits I have never had anything like that in the south for grits nor in the north. Did not taste like grits and I had someone else taste them what the heck is that? I don't know what they are cooking but they can't cook eggs.

If I could have given zero stars I would have! It’s so sad that in 2025 staff members from this Waffle House would go to Hartwell and berate the staff and throw around racially charged statements like they are on the same team! Do better!!

Was sitting for 25 min waiting for someone to greet us or take are drink order , a table of 4 … dinning room had a 2 top and a 4 top that had there drinks and seemed all set up would have understood if we were greeted and told she needed a couple minutes . Not sure if she new , but if not it was just awful service

Best Waffle House experience ever! Even better than Huddle House in Hartwell. Clean, sweet waitresses- attentive and playful with our kids! Food was out quick with great quality! My husband and I even joked about going back for dinner! Hope the good reputation keeps up!

We’re confused with asking for an extra egg with our meal, we use to pay fifty cents then seventy five cents now at this location we are not allowed to add unless we pay two dollars per egg. However at other locations we can add eggs at seventy five cents each. Either you are no longer customer focused or you no longer care except for the bottom line.
