This location has to be an embarrassment to the Wendy's fast food Corporation due to the lack of professionalism, cleanliness and extreme rudeness that was shown from the staff during the whole ordering process. There was also an unpleasant odor coming from the employee at the drive-thru. I finally ended up deciding not to eat at this particular location. Don't recommend!

Biscuits were hard and the staff was very rude. We told them we ordered a large drink with our food and they said well I rung you up a small and didn’t offer to fix it. They were also rushing us and over all just very very rude.

I would give them zero stars was just in and the guy had his BARE HANDS in the fries and non of them had gloves on and I confronted the manager older lady she didn't care when I brought it to her attention she didn't address it or him! Never again

I always order for a family of 6 and they haven't gotten anything wrong yet. We left the local McDonald's for this Wendy's cause their service is so much better and less wait time. Quality is exactly what you expect from Wendy's and is now our go to fast food.

Long story short, after waiting over 10min for a drive thru order, I walked inside to see what was taking so long. When I walked in my order was on the counter ready!! The server told me she was waiting for another customer that was waiting to bring them out at the same time! I do not understand why I’m waiting and my food is getting cold so the server can make one trip outside! VERY LAZY! This is the 3 incident here but this one took the cake!

Had to wait in drive thru on food. When I received food it was cold, the cheese wasn't even melted. It's sad. Each time I have visited they messed up on my order and food was cold. The evening shift needs more training or new managers. I'm going to stop wasting my money shopping here

The Wendy's in Ralston Georgia was the worst I have ever been in the hamburger patties were cooked ahead of time they were burnt the French fries were cold The worst experience I ever had at a Wendy's will never go back again Don't know if I'll ever eat it Wendy's again something needs to be done there The staff were not very friendly bathrooms were dirty not a very good place to go eat stay away I hope someone will do something about this

It was easy to place an order, but once at the window, the cashier was not very friendly. Wanted to order another item flat out and said no, we had to pull back around. There were no other cars in line! So did that. and once we got the food, it was tossed in. Just bad experience 😪
