Wow Sarah is amazing! I asked for a rather complex order and it was done in what felt like record time, plus the atmosphere coming from the kitchen was absolutely static. There was laughing, people were pulling each other's legs. It sounded like more a family than a business. It was enough for me to consider putting in an application to this location.

Sarah has ruined this location for me. The attitude EACH and EVERY time I come, day or night, rain or shine….she is hostile for NO reason at all. I can’t imagine how her co-workers are treated if the customer receives this quality. She thought it was a good idea to mock my boyfriend who has a country accent who was the one in the driver seat ordering our food. Her tone was unbelievably rude and then once he told her “that will be all” she responses in a mocking tone with a heavily forced country accent “your total is 8.66” and I couldn’t believe what just happened. It’s one thing to have a bad day, which seems like every day that Sarah has to work, but for you to mock someone in front of their face is wild work. Miss Sarah doesn’t have hands like Wendy, so please ma’am watch your attitude.

If you’ve recently been in any kind of burn accident and have any kinds of blisters or anything covering over HALF your body, face included don’t go to Wendy’s in Royston because they will treat you like some drug addict. I have recently had a very bad accident and have been dealing with recovering from that. I haven’t left the house much since it happened out of embarrassment because my face is disfigured now. And the one time I was brave enough to do so I was treated with no respect and their attitude was even worse. I was polite. Paid for my food. And I asked for mayo , he gave me 1 single mayo packet. I asked for more and said it wasn’t enough that I had 3 meals and it was for the fries the the look on the boys face was rude just like his attitude. Nothing about them was welcoming at all. When I am finally healed I will be going back up there to speak to a manager because got knows I won’t be back out again until I am healed all the way because I just can’t imagine treating someone that rudely because people assume the absolute worst about people. I left in tears because I was so embarrassed because they just made me feel so bad by the time I left. Embarrassing isn’t even the word for it. Corporate will be getting a phone call tomorrow too.
The service was great, I like the people here they are all nice and friendly. My food was delicious. The bathroom was clean and dinning area looked really great. Keep up the good work

This location has to be an embarrassment to the Wendy's fast food Corporation due to the lack of professionalism, cleanliness and extreme rudeness that was shown from the staff during the whole ordering process. There was also an unpleasant odor coming from the employee at the drive-thru. I finally ended up deciding not to eat at this particular location. Don't recommend!
