There was only one server (Abigail?) to wait on several tables, but she did an amazing job hustling around the tables. In spite of being overwhelmed, she was quite attentive to details and monitoring what we needed.

Food was excellent. The restaurant was lightly staffed with only one server and a bartender. Our reservations were at 6:30 and there were only 3 other tables of customers and the server was struggling to handle everyone. Along with many others, we want this restaurant to do very well!

GPS sent us to back gate instead of taking the turn to the front gate. Since there were no prominent signs telling us how to get in back gate we wasted 15 or so minutes driving back to front gate. The restaurant was weirdly empty, but the food was OK. Probably during the day there would be a nice view of the golf course.

Abigail and the staff made a delicious late lunch for 4 very hungry travelers.

It was a disappointment overall. We couldn't get into the gate and no one answered the phone to give help. We had to follow another cry through the gate. When we arrived, no one was at the hostess stand and I had to walk to the bar to get seated. The only people in the restaurant were rude. The waitress was nice but several things on the menu were not available. We not go back

We were greeted upon entry. It was not busy. We picked our table. Service was very good and prompt. The entree my husband and I chose was the Filet Mignon. It was perfectly cooked. The vegetables were Well prepared not overcooked. The fingerling potatoes were also prepared perfectly. We had wine with dinner. We also had their Lava cake for dessert. A very pleasant experience!

What a view. Request a table by the windows. Enjoyed watching the hummingbirds. Food was excellent. Loved the pimento cheese app. Pasta dish was amazing and so flavorful with a spice I couldn't identify. Staff was very attentive. A wonderful place to join friends to catch up. Looking forward to cooler weather ( it was in the 90s) and getting a class of wine and sitting on the front porch. Will return happily.

Had a family dinner there, 5 adults 2 kids. Had reservation for 6 people, 6:30pm. Called in the afternoon to change it to 7 people. Showed up on time. Had to wait a bit to be seated; table was set for 6 people so server had to scramble to find another chair & change it to 7 settings. Long story short: Food was mostly good & came in generous portions. Great fried shrimp, pork chops, pot roast, hot dogs & fries for the kids. Very overcooked burger, still frozen Lava cakes. Our server was very friendly & enthusiastic but needs a LOT of training. She was inefficient; spent too much time chatting to other customers instead of bussing our table, refilling water glasses, checking on how the food was, taking dessert orders, etc. For example: 1 beer & 1 cocktail were served before water glasses were filled; we had to ask her to bring the water. When she brought the water carafe she didn't have enough for all of us & it took her a while to return with more water. If it were me serving I would have brought 2 carafes the first time. She came to our table a couple of times after we were done eating to tell us about dessert & both times left empty handed even though she could see all the dirty dishes still on our table. There were not a lot of people in the restaurant but the noise level from people talking was so high it was hard to hear people at our table. Something has to be done to dampen the noise. Chef came out a couple of times to see how we liked the food; we really appreciated him doing that. We live towards the northern end of Saint Simons so we really are rooting for this restaurant to be successful. Service absolutely needs to improve. I know it's hard to find staff nowadays but training is a must.

Didn't expect to have NASCAR on a screen at a real restaurant. Didn't expect waitress to know nothing about the food. Didn't expect three of four appetizers to be unavailable. Didn't expect my credit card to be charged above what I had authorized. Never go here!

We were seated about 10 min after reservation but did not get our food order for 90 min. We had two children with us so it was a little rough and our party was “hangry”. Our waitress was very nice and tried to do what she could. Our food was all over cooked. Will not return.

We went to 100 Tabbystone for a Father's Day celebration because the reviews looked good. The service was extremely slow. Our reservation was at 6:30. We got our entree at 8:30. My son ordered a steak that was cooked well done. (He wasn't asked how he liked it) It should have been sent back but we were ready to leave. The rest of our meals were mediocre. We won't be going back.

The flounder and shrimp entree was very disappointing. The flounder did not taste fresh and was bland. Succotash, really? The cocktail sauce for the shrimp was too hot and an overly sweet BBQ sauce. We did not use it once we tasted it. We also tried the fried nan bread and artichoke dip appetizer. We ask the waitress to take it away. It was awful, particularly the fried nan bread. The waitress was very young, very nice and very poorly trained. She wasn't sure what was on the menu and didn't know the deserts. She had to go to the kitchen three times to find out if there was even ice cream. The desert we did have, a chocolate bomb, was very good. It was the only thing I would have ordered had I known how poor the rest of the meal would be other than the grandchildren's chicken tenders which my wife ate as well because the entree was so poor. I had eaten at 100 Tabbystone once before and was looking forward to doing so again. However, this was a very disappointing and overpriced meal in spite of the nice atmosphere and location. It will be difficult to encourage my wife to return. I hope things improve.

The food was delicious and the service was great. We had a great view and the ambiance was pleasant. Would highly recommend to anyone going to St. Simons Island to make sure they visit 100 Tabbystone!!

I'm reluctant to share this secret on the North End... they were great on aspects and the setting is very tranquil. Jonathan was our server and was excellent. Maybe if I say the one disappointment was no decaf or cappuccino, they'll get added to the offerings! The Maitre D' was also very helpful and engaging... this was our 2nd time and both times delivered the same enjoyable evening...generous portions to boot!

A beautiful setting on the golf course. It seemed they may have been short staffed in the kitchen but the meals were worth the wait. Ben our server was very polite and was quick to refill water glasses when they would start to go low. My only complaint was that the restaurant was quite cold (we were under a vent). Would recommend for a quiet evening out.
