Had a great meal! Started with the soft, onion focaccia bread. Then a HUGE, slightly peppery caesar salad, and ended with the seafood fettuccine. All were excellent! Only slight negative was that we ordered the mile high peanut butter pie. Good, but far from a mile high. Would definitely eat here again though.

Went to echo for Dinner Date night with my boyfriend from England. Made reservation for outside seating (didn't get). Restaurant was dirty, table and chairs dirty, we wiped them off ourselves. Appetizer came out cold, sent back. Entrees came out not the quality of food I was expecting. Asked for extra cutlery (never received) got up and got our own. Chandeliers hanging over tables were filthy, covered in cob webs. Very disappointing for $140 meal. I expected a lot more from such a well known resort.

Darrell our server and Karmen the hostess provided us fantastic service during our anniversary dinner on Saturday! Karmen got us a beautiful beach side table even when we ran a bit late to our reservation and Darrell paced the meal perfectly. Even though it was a Saturday night with perfect weather, we never felt rushed. He was friendly, funny, and had great timing. We are local and will absolutely put Echo on our special occasion list!
Family has come here off and on for decades. The food was never the draw. But we had a five top with no redeemable aspects to any of the meals. On par with a nice gas station, but luxury prices. I’ll only come back for things that come out of a tap or in a bottle. Service was great though.

Service from Darrell was absolutely terrible! We never received bread, he never checked to see that our order came out correctly or if we needed anything else ie another glass of wine or dessert. When it became obvious Darrell would not be returning to our table, we went to hostess stand to pay our check. When we told the hostess of our experience, she offered us bread to go. Seriously?
