The staff is very nice, I had some silly questions as I have not been to a frozen yogurt place in some time and she was patient with me. She was quick to greet me in the cold and rainy weather, allowing me to get some work done within the warmth of the store with a smile. There are many options for toppings and while there was a limited selection as they are sold out of two options, it was still delicious.

Plenty of flavors and toppings to choose from. Toppings bar was clean and organized. I tried the mango tango. It was delicious. When I first tried to get it the yogurt came out runny. Carrie quickly adjusted the machine. She said it would be about 5 minutes. And she tested it and it wasn't right. Then tested it a couple minutes later and informed me it was good. Carrie also thanked me for my patience. She also noticed my veteran shirt and thanked me for my service. Overall, great experience and top of the notch customer service.

Fuse frozen Co has my heart!!!! The Mango Tango sorbet is to die for with strawberries and raspberries with a hint of caramel. The staff is always helpful on recommending cups and combinations. Overall the Village Pier Fuse is a great place to sit down and enjoy conversations with friends and family with a nice sweet treat in hand.
Dietary restrictions: The workers helped me out with ingredient list and letting me know which flavors and toppings had milk and eggs in them. All you have to do is ask!
Parking: The Pier of St Simon's Island is usually fully of lively people when it's warm out. The best time to park is early mornings around 10am and at night around 9pm otherwise parking is very limited.
Kid-friendliness: They have plenty of options for kids. They have fun flavors like cookie monster that catch their eyes. Toppings are also fun and delicious. Multiple choices.
Wheelchair accessibility: The walk way is a ramp up so easy access for wheel chairs and the bathroom is the same size as a wheel chair accessible stall.

We’ve always enjoyed going here when on vacation but the lady who opened the shop at 11 AM well just acted like she didn’t really want to be there. The fruit for topping your yogurt wasn’t put out. Maybe she was just having a slow start

It was such a disappointing visit. Fuze was always consistent in the food, service, and cleanliness of the facility; however, nothing met expectations.
Very sad… Here’s details, this is the second Fuze location we went to on St Simons Island tonight. The first location had half of the machines marked as out of order. There was no chocolate yogurt available so we decided to take our gang to the Mallery store. This store had very few toppings and said the waffle maker has been broken for a while.
The stores were dirty and maybe it was a busy day; however, being busy doesn’t excuse customer service… It dictates that more help is needed!
We will visit the Jekyll location today, Sunday prior to Memorial Day, and if it’s a better experience, I’ll be sure to post a positive experience as a follow up.

The short black hair lady wearing the purple shirt today 16 July 2023 at 4:20PM was extremely rude.
We came in for 4 cups of ice cream with 1 scoop each. We then asked for toppings. She said not allowed as of this summer. I said well that's okay, we can pay extra for our toppings. Then she just looked at us like we were inconveniencing her and said NO.
We then proceeded to the cashier and the younger kid working the cashier said would you like toppings on the ice creams. Then the rude purple shirt lady said NOT TODAY.
It seems like there is no communication between the workers if there really is a new summer policy for no topping with ice cream, if the cashier didn't even know.
We only come to St. Simon's for the ice cream. We live over an hour away. Wasted time. They just lost a regular customer.
If you want consistency here. This is not the place as they seem to change the rules everyday. Other than the the 4 ice creams we go were good. Just the customer service was trash.
