The short black hair lady wearing the purple shirt today 16 July 2023 at 4:20PM was extremely rude.We came in for 4 cups of ice cream with 1 scoop each. We then asked for toppings. She said not allowed as of this summer. I said well that's okay, we can pay extra for our toppings. Then she just looked at us like we were inconveniencing her and said NO.We then proceeded to the cashier and the younger kid working the cashier said would you like toppings on the ice creams. Then the rude purple shirt lady said NOT TODAY.It seems like there is no communication between the workers if there really is a new summer policy for no topping with ice cream, if the cashier didn't even know.We only come to St. Simon's for the ice cream. We live over an hour away. Wasted time. They just lost a regular customer.If you want consistency here. This is not the place as they seem to change the rules everyday. Other than the the 4 ice creams we go were good. Just the customer service was trash.

I’m not sure how it has gone downhill so quickly but it was awful when we visited a few days ago. I have been taking my children for several summers and will not go back anymore. The tables, floors, ice cream machines, etc were so dirty. The restroom was awful. The workers never greeted us or said a word other than what the total was. Two of our ice cream choices came out runny and half melted. It definitely needs some attention.

Place is absolutely filthy with flies fying around the toppings that we self serve!
We typically love Fuze however we were at Fuze by the pier on 4/22/2023 with our grandson, we were sitting at a table eating our fuze when a couple came in with a medium size dog, the girl behind the counter came from behind the counter and fixed a bowl frozen yogurt for the dog, she then petted the dog! She then went back behind the counter preparing the toppings without washing her hands, Ithe young man that had the dog fixed him self a frozen yogurt reaching with his bare hands into the toppings ! Then 2 additional young men came in and fixed their self bowls of frozen yogurt and also reaching for toppings with bare hands! None of these patrons never paid for 4 bowls of frozen yogurt! I will probably not be going back!

We came here on a Sunday afternoon around 2 PM. About 10 customers inside the store. No line. a lot of in-and-out traffic. 8 options but 3 out of service. chill ambiance. quite a few 2-4 seater tables. taro was tasty.strawberry was very sweetblue raspberry sorbet was the best flavor salted caramel tasted kind of like cotton candy to me haha it was good too. caramel flavor was strong.taro and strawberry tasted very artificial. many options of toppings. decent yogurt/sorbet.9oz for $7

It's very good. I am from Wisconsin where it's very cold so i love fro yo. Wisconsisn ice cream is good but Fuse is better. Thank you for a wonderful expeirience.
