We have been coming here as regulars since moving here 2 years ago. We love the place but the food can be inconsistent at times, last nite we sat at the bar in the piano bar area. The wine was excellent the atmosphere was amazing but the food was once again inconsistent I ordered the rack of Lamb and it was ordered medium temp, on a side bar let me state that we were here two weeks ago and I ordered the identical meal but what I was served 2 weeks ago was certainly not what I received last night. The lamb came with 3 very small pieces and served warm at best, it was served with cauliflower and two pearl onions. I felt it was as if they were running low and we’re trying to make it through dinner service.As previous restaurant owners and a chef I know sometimes what has to be done, not saying it’s right but when you are paying top dollar you expect a certain level of food. I believe that was what they were trying to do, the server should not have brought that plate out like it was and I blame the sous chef. We will still continue to eat here but that was the last time I order the lamb for myself.Just disappointed in the food last night and the inconsistency makes me warn those that follow

You must go to Georgia Sea Grill if you're on St. Simon Island! The food is farm-to-table, the meal recipes are unique, and the customer service was phenomenal! I ordered market flounder with one of the side combos and the food was excellent. They even gave me a free dessert and card for my birthday. Shoutout to Landon and the entire staff!

We came for first call to order a bunch of small plates and everything was incredible! The catfish tacos were delightful, the hotdog was so fun, and the tuna, shrimp corndogs, and crab hush puppies were down right crave-able! Great value. Definitely worth making a reservation. Our server wasn’t overly pleasant but was fine and I think some of the other servers seemed more enthusiastic. The piano player was a fun touch and we enjoyed a dance. Absolutely memorable and can’t wait to return!

I was a little disappointed in this place. We made a reservation for our anniversary dinner. When we arrived she said our table wasn’t ready because it was still occupied so we had to be sat in the bar area at a cocktail table. While the food presentation was nice and the service was good the food was subpar. The scallops were okay but the meal itself was room temperature. For the prices I would have expected a hot meal at the very least.

I hosted a business dinner of eight and everything went great. Food, service, and atmosphere is fantastic. Katie did a great job and made sure our group had everything they needed, highly recommend.
Best restaurant on the island, and we tried all the good ones. The live piano music was a treat as well. Ambiance was perfectly enjoyable and pleasant. The food options were fantastic as were the drinks and dessert. We highly recommend this restaurant, we enjoyed it thoroughly.

Server was knowledgeable and all wait staff were efficient and helpful. Food was delicious! We had the crab stuffed hush puppies, the halibut special and the corn fried shrimp. Noise level from the table beside us was a little loud, but nothing too unpleasant.
Justin was a fantastic server, loved the cocktails, fish was excellent We had roasted triple tail and tile fish. Perfectly cooked Oysters and fried okra all excellent Pecan and buttermilk pie Vanilla ice cream and a great white wine Every time we go it's excellent
My wife and I dine out extensively, and the combination of the unique meal and the service was some of the best we've had. We both had the sheepshead fish, my wife had the chef special, and I had Cajun style, it was wonderful! We had six people in our party, our waitress was April, and she did a fantastic job. She was knowledgeable, attentive, yet not overbearing, and she spoke clearly, and we could hear her above the volume of a very busy restaurant. Thank you for a great experience !
Was trying to find a restaurant that had southern food (i.e. collards, not just kale), seafood (especially oysters on the half-shell!), and vegetarian options, and this place fulfilled all that. We got there at open and already there was a line out the door, but the hosts were able to squeeze us in. (A reservation is probably a good idea...) Most of our group was service industry: service here was friendly and efficient. Fav dishes: mixed greens salad, the half-shell oysters, and the shrimp & grits.

Our server Ciara was personable, informative and efficient The Halibut entree was small and lacking in salt. My Short Ribs were delicious on the ends however the middle was fat. All veggies etc., were great. We appreciated the sharing dessert for our anniversary celebration.

Highly recommend! Upscale restaurant in midst of the tourist section! Street parking. Everything we ordered was delicious. R J was an excellent server. Romantic and quiet atmosphere We enjoyed the southern manhattan and the Georgia peach martini. Fried pimento balls were tasty and spicy. Crab soup was good. Ahi tuna appetizer was perfect. We had shrimp and grits and the scallops. Raspberry sorbet was the end of a wonderful dinner. Super nice place. Prices high but good value
Our dining experience at Georgia Sea Grill was amazing. Although we had an early dinner reservation, it was perfect. Our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable. Our entrees were totally delicious. We both enjoyed the fish offerings, wine and shared a dessert. We will definitely return.
We were told that reservations for the Georgia Sea Grill were difficult to get, so I planned way ahead. Our table was ready at the right time, and we were taken care of immediately upon our arrival. Our waiter, J.R., explained the menu thoroughly and was pleasant throughout our meal. It was a perfect end to our vacation. We hope to go back someday.
