We were warmly welcomed by Alberto, owner, and his staff. The first night we enjoyed the slow roasted lamb shank served with demi-glace sauce and mashed potatoes..it was luscious! The next night, we just had to go back and experience the grilled salmon with Balsamic glaze. Wonderful, with roasted vegetables perfect. Had a wonderful experience! It started with the warm treatment we received from Maui at the front door. Such a positive and pleasant way to start our evening.While we waited we ordered a bottle of wine from Chad and he started taking care of us before we even got to our table!The food was delicious, and the portions were very generous.I highly recommend that you try this restaurant.

I feel that Del Sur is one of the best restaurants on this island. Our waiter Kyle was great. Food was fabulous and my husband and I agreed that the key lime pie was the best we've ever had. We will be back.
