Unfortunately my family and I have had many poor experiences with this Jimmy Johns. We keep trying to give them chances and I’d say that 9 times out of 10 our order is always wrong. The bread is not cooked thoroughly or sandwiches missing ingredients or we are given totally wrong sandwiches of what we ordered. Our order may be taken right at the register or placed correctly online but the ones on the line ,making the sandwiches, clearly aren’t paying attention to what is on the orders. Last time I was actually in the store the lady who was taking my order just walked away and out the door as I was finishing my transaction. I’ve also noticed the atmosphere isn’t very inviting and the workers are not very friendly. As a previous shift manager for a Chicagoland jimmy johns I am shocked with how this location is being managed.

First, I don't expect a lot from JJ's. It's a fast sandwich shop. I've ordered twice while visiting St. Simons. Both times, the delivery service was faster than seemed possible. The first time we got our order delivered in about 6 minutes. I don't even know how that's possible. The second time it was about 12 mins. Both times we ordered online.The sandwiches were fine — again, it's fast food. Everything seemed fresh and same I've had at other locations. The delivery service I can't say enough about. Fantastic. It is now a go-to every time we're on the island.

The workers did not have on a mask while working in a place of business that provides food to customers. They didn’t have on gloves while fixing the drinks. How do you expect to stop the spread when the “kids” that are working aren’t taking it serious. Who is the adult/ manager of this establishment?
