Unfortunately my family and I have had many poor experiences with this Jimmy Johns. We keep trying to give them chances and I’d say that 9 times out of 10 our order is always wrong. The bread is not cooked thoroughly or sandwiches missing ingredients or we are given totally wrong sandwiches of what we ordered. First, I don't expect a lot from JJ's. It's a fast sandwich shop. I've ordered twice while visiting St. Simons. Both times, the delivery service was faster than seemed possible. The first time we got our order delivered in about 6 minutes. I don't even know how that's possible. The second time it was about 12 mins. So so good. It's hard not to get lunch there everyday. The ingredients are so fresh! I tried an unwich the other day since I'm on a diet- it did not fall apart! A great option too for anyone who is gluten-free.
