We order from this location semi-often, and always have a great experience. This time there was a little mess-up with the order, but a quick phone call, and they fixed the error promptly and with no issues. Very happy overall. Keep up the great work!
Writing this review mainly because of the excellent service I received at this location. After a late meeting I arrived at the restaurant shortly before closing. The team was working to clean and close for the night….however they immediately turned their attention to making sure I was served. I had a #10 Hunter’s Club “Unwich” (lettuce wrap). It was fresh and definitely hit the spot. If you are looking for a sandwich on St. Simons Island this restaurant is certainly one...
We had wanted to try Jimmy John's for a while. We don't have one near us. Found one while we were on vacation.
The associate at the register welcomed us and asked to take our order. He helped with a few suggestions and told us what deals were going on. We ended up with a steak and cheddar sub. It was delicious. He even stopped by to see if we liked it or needed anything else.
