I had a lovely experience at the Zaxby's as I submitted an application to work there. The atmosphere was very friendly and wholesome. After the interview concluded I was offered a free meal which was absolutely delicious and the manager even delivered the meal to me. The chicken was tender and moist, deliciously spicy, the crinkle fries were spiced to perfection and super fresh, and even the toast was great with a subtle spread of butter. I enjoyed every part of the meal...
This was the cleanest zaxbys I've ever eaten in. The lady who worked there had everything under control. She was busy cleaning tables and taking orders. The restroom was clean too.
Waited about 5 minutes before, I was acknowledged, but overall the food was fresh, just acknowledge your customers, no matter how busy you are in drive thru. I spent too much money to have poor customer service.
