I ordered on the app. Parked in the designated spot and waited and waited. I finally walked in and saw my order on the shelf for a doordash delivery. When I asked, I was given every excuse under the sun. I recommended that they get rid of the app ordering. They are the epitome of podunk.
Everything was good until I was eating my ice and noticed this light brown hair in my drink. I have on a scarf currently so there is no way it could be mine. I don’t even want a refund but maybe hairnets could be used if it isn’t going to be put in a ponytail.
Ordered drive through pick up today. Nicer than I have seen lately. But could use more work on customer service and not walking away from the window when you’re trying to speak.
