Adam does an amazing job! Even when he is by himself in the store , he handles everything with grace and efficiency that anyone would notice. The store is kept clean and they always greet you when you walk in. I highly recommend this dominoes for your pizza needs!!!! They should give this guy a raise

Truly the worst pizza I’ve ever had.
Currently battling food poisoning from the one slice I unfortunately ate,and wishing I could get a refund.
Customer service is non-existent.
Don’t bother doing curbside service, you’ll still have to go in.
Go elsewhere.

I was staying in a local hotel , ordered a pizza and when the person at Domino's entered my phone number it changed the delivery address . They asked me the address again to where I was at I gave it to them again but forgot to give the room number. So I called back and waited and when another employee answered I explained what happened and gave my room number that was at 1:47 pm . I was busy outside of the room unloading the SUV and was in and out of the room. At 4:30 my order wasn't there yet so I called back the store. Was told it was delivered and I said no it wasn't , I was told to check the office , I go-to the office and picked up my cold pizza and drink . I called back to make a complaint. The manager on duty told me they don't deliver to rooms, I said I wasn't informed of that when I placed the order, then he said "well if you would have answered you phone your pizza wouldn't be cold" I couldn't believe that this person was a manager. I asked for a refund and was told I would receive one in 3 to 5 business days. That was 14 business days ago. Called back several times just to be lied to by everyone I've spoken to at this location. If you value being spoken to truthfully and if you like your food hot and not being treated like your business isn't appreciated then go-to another pizza place the employees well a few are liars and don't care about it's customers .

I never write reviews however I have to with this branch. I normally don’t order Pizza, but I was running late and couldn’t get to the grocery store so I thought I wouldn’t order the sandwich and pasta from Domino’s. Set the delivery would be in 24 minutes. It was well into 40 minutes before it was delivered. After it finally got to me up in my third floor condo, Once he gave me the order. I walked back up to my place and as soon as I entered the door, my phone rang, and it was the delivery guy telling me that they delivered the wrong order. I opened it up and then yes it was the wrong order.He asked me to bring it back down and that his boss was behind him delivering it and he totally apologized. Fine stuff happens. What can you do.
20 minutes go by and I call the store was on hold for a while. Finally got through leave the manager picked up the call. I told him that I made an order it was delivered, but it was the wrong one and they took it back and then I’m still waiting for the correct order. The gentleman said that as soon as they get somebody back, they will deliver it as soon as possible. I said wait. They haven’t even left restaurant yet? He went on to say that it was really busy that night and it was crazy. I said OK so how long do we think it’s gonna take? He said he didn’t know that he would call me as soon as they were sending it out.
After hearing that, it wasn’t even on its way after well over an hour total time since I made the order, I told him to cancel the order and to refund my money. Then he got angry and yelled to the rest of the people around him say saying this guy wants a refund on a pizza. He already ate and then hung up on me. Which isn’t even close to what I said. Needless to say, I tried calling back, but they wouldn’t pick up. I was on hold for 10 minutes. I continue to stay on hold while I went to go get dinner because I didn’t receive mine from Domino’s. Finally hung up. I’m hoping this is a one time thing, but this manager is a little hothead little punk. Learn how to deal with people people boy. Not that difficult homie.
To the gentleman that I talk to on the phone that hung up on me may offer some advice… Next time before pitching a fit like a two-year-old, actually listen to the customer it might save you some embarrassment.

Spoke to the manager “Jamal” about a order I had to be delivered to the hospital but never received my order when I called back to speak to Jamal he refused to issue me a refund or atleast a redelivery with my order Jamal also placed me on hold over 10 mins when I hung up to call back they kept declining my call numerous times until Jamal picked up again and still denied to issue my refund definitely unprofessional and won’t be ordering at this location anymore!!!
