I would give a 0 if I could. The staff is so rude. The “manager” though she says, laughed and gave no care about the fact that my order had blood on it. No apology or concern for the food aspect of it. Some other lady couldn’t even figure out the return process if it so my husband didn’t even receive half of the $30 he spent there. The drinks were just thrown away because of the food has blood, the drinks can too. HIGHLY UNSANITARY and NO CONCERN expressed for this service. Exchange of blood is extremely unsafe and it’s really disappointing that this staff did not care and were rude on top of it as if I, the customer, were in the wrong. No accountability whatsoever for poor service and food maintenance/safety.

I frequent this Dunkin’ Donuts nearly every day due to its proximity to my workplace. While I don’t know everyone’s names, I’ve found the older staff members to be consistently pleasant, especially the sweetheart who was relocated further down Rosewell Road. However, I’ve recently discontinued my visits entirely because of the newer, younger staff members. Their daily attitude, inability to get orders right, and today’s encounter with a particularly rude girl at the order booth have led me to this decision.

I have gone here several times and they have messed up my order several times and then look at me crazy cuz I would like them to fix it correctly. Today I tried calling the store and I guess the numbers routed to the the regional manager cell phone and luckily my daughter is able to record the conversation cuz he himself was very rude I don't want any money back I just won't come here anymore it's terrible they can't get the coffee right had a wrap the day before it was cold on the inside and looking at the reviews it all seems very consistent they either need to hire better people because I'm taking my business down to the Dunkin' Donuts further down Roswell Road

ATTITUDE. I said "i need a minute please " when they asked what id like to order. Then not even a minute goes by and they said are you ready? With attitude. So i quickly order something. Ordered it and forgot to add my shot of espresso to it. So i ask at the window and the girl acting like i asked for a whole meal. I even said i can add it to my drink myself. People got real problems going on but come on; what is it gonna take to be damn kind to eachother. Never again will i come here.

Really, I'm just posting cuz I realized I haven't posted about THIS Dunkin'....Say what you want, but if you like your hash browns seasoned, crispy, and nice and hot, this is the place to be! Never ONCE have I gotten a soggy, greasy, slimy bag full of disappointment from here, these hash browns put the brown in hash and the hash in brown!-The service is mostly good: I did get a disappointing latte one time.But those hash browns keep me coming back.....Overall, it's a good Dunkin'! Maybe ? ( obviously ) I'm biased - BUT -The service is always polite, to me, if not pleasant & cordial. The inside is always clean and well-kept. The traffic surrounding it can be a beast, but they can hardly do anything about that.Overall, I like it. Just save me some hash browns lolVegetarian options: They are available, but read & research carefully

Worst Dunkin. They can’t take orders correctly. I ordered a basic latte and a croissant and they only charged me for the latte. When I asked about the croissant they accused me of not ordering it. Food is gross and the girls working don’t even wear gloves. Wouldn’t go here again.

Gave me the most burnt piece of bread they could find to call themselves making avocado toast. Bread literally black. Tasted awful. Coffee was even worse. Ordered a caramel craze latte and got hot water with espresso in it. No flavor at ALL. Highly disappointing.
