I just don’t understand. Everytime I come here In the morning, NEVER an issue. Everyone’s nice , things come out quickly . Once it hits like 1pm people have attitudes, food takes forever, the machines are broken. I literally came here at 2pm just for a few wraps and the machines broken. I even offered to take it cold bc I have a microwave at my office. Nope, just told to accept a refund . No apologies no nothing. Not like this matters, no one from Dunkin is gonna read...read full review
