I love Henri's. I go here as much as I can. I love every Danish, the sandwiches and ambiance. However, lately, a worker, Juliana, has been incredibly discretely rude to me. Idk what her problem is, but this is the second time that she has given me an attitude. Today, I purchased 3 items, and she asked if I'd like a back, I said, of course, and she gave me a nasty look replying, I don't know. You might have wanted to eat here. I told her it was to go when I ordered...

Henri's is ok. The service at the Roswell Road should have been better. When a customer requests plain croissants from the pastry case, don't tell them to get into a 10 minute line at the sandwich station.

This is a very nice breakfast spot with great food, but the experience was dampened by the cashier’s attitude. As a first-time visitor, I had a few questions, and unfortunately, the cashier (Liz) responded with noticeable impatience. When I suggested it’s okay to be kind, she replied, “Well, I told you twice.” That kind of early-morning attitude isn’t great for business and left a negative impression.
