Got a smoothie and it was super watery and bland . Never again !

Ordered a smoothie and it tasted like slightly flavored water. Based on the ingredients list, it shouldn’t taste like that.They definitely water down the smoothies heavily here. I make smoothies frequently and know how a quality smoothie with real fruit tastes like. This is second time I’ve ordered a smoothie from here. I thought first time was a fluke. Not sure why their smoothies taste almost like water.

Worst customer service. I always go to other kale me crazy locations and they are friendly and so helpful. Every time I come here they’re rude and just seem like they want to get you out the door. Will not be returning to this location.

My recent experience at Kale Me Crazy was disappointing. Initially, the staff at the store were welcoming and accommodated my request to substitute a bagel for bread, which I appreciated and shared on social media. However, when I returned to the store, they refused to honor the same substitution. After posting and tagging Kale Me Crazy's social media page, they responded positively but only after I mentioned the store's name. They reached out to the store and advised against such actions in the future. This inconsistency and the subsequent response felt unprofessional and left a bad taste. As someone who tries to share diverse experiences, this incident has made me reconsider sharing positive feedback about Kale Me Crazy. I will definitely share with social media about this situation.

It was absolutely the best food I had and is my #1 spot to go to now! I really recommend chicken pesto wrap! It was seasoned just right and cooked just right! I waited a small amount of time and didn’t even take 20 minutes!
