The old couple managing this store are extremely rude, arrogant and badly behaved people. They have no patience to deal with customers. They immediately get irritated and agitated and show it with their body language. Please avoid this place if you can.

Kids was not scratching or damaging but holding the glass. We stopped but the manner the person reacted is never polite as you said. Stop being a lie. I never give bad reviews even if the experience is not good but for the first time I did this only because the way kid was scolded and shouted at. I kept quite there as it’s better to provide a review on this. If the way you handled is polite and gentle then I can’t argue much. I can’t deal with liars and better be quiet.
If I am lying about the rude behavior then please take some efforts and find many other reviews from other customers and you will find plenty. All reporting same poor attitude towards there customers. Seems they don’t learn from their mistakes and customers feedback and instead tell lies and find faults in customers. Go visit and experience. Thanks.

Just tried the Dubai chocolate waffle from Kwality Ice Cream and it is a total game-changer! As you can see, it looks incredible, and it tastes even better. Highly recommend!

Not only is the customer service above and beyond. But the ice cream is the best I’ve ever had. The flavors are amazing!! And I love how they are always making new things. It’s so fresh, so inspiring!! I would recommend this to everyone!! Definitely putting my future ice cream endeavors with my husband here.

Our shakes were delicious and the owner is absolutely Amazing. Ferrero Rocher Shake was the stand out but the Coffee Shake and Chocolate Supreme Shake were just as good. Highly recommend you stop in for a Shake, You won't regret it!!!!

Amazingly good ice cream that is from India. Excellent flavors in very unique flavors. We got the Belgian cookie and a rose petal and they were insanely good. Definitely must try for something different than the typical ice cream store.

I was gratified to find great variety of eggless Ice-creams at the store. I loved the flavors specially Blueberry cheesecake. Ordered Ice-cream Kulfi Falooda - it was good, but then the quantity didn't match the price. Ambience and service were topnotch

The most delicious and unique flavors of ice cream I’ve ever had in my life absolutely insane. They are life-changing. You also have to try the Dubai chocolate dessert with strawberries. It will blow your mind. The customer service is exceptional. They’re always smiling and they give you free samples what more could you want?

I walked into the store for the first time and the owner skipped me and went to the next person in line. When I asked did he not see me, he just smiled, no apology so I walked out. Not very nice at all.

The owner starts with a smile but if you want to try more than 1 flavour before ordering then his smile goes away and becomes rude. I ordered more than 40$ and when our group of 4 people asked for a 3rd flavour to try, he became rude.
