Firstly, they’ve clearly invested a lot into the ambiance — the place is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing. I had been wanting to try this restaurant for quite some time, and after visiting, I now understand why it doesn’t seem very busy.

Unfortunately, the food was a major disappointment. I’ve visited several ramen restaurants before, and this was nowhere near authentic Japanese ramen in terms of flavor or quality. The smell and taste of the food were unpleasant enough that my family and I couldn’t finish our meal.

The service itself was polite and pleasant, but the restaurant lacked atmosphere and energy. We ended up leaving within an hour.

Overall, not a place I would recommend.

This was the worst ramen I’ve had. The chicken was very dry and had an unusual fish-like taste. Neither my partner nor I were able to finish our meals.

We did receive a refund for the oil charge, which we appreciate. However, we never received any follow-up regarding the rest of the order. We were told a manager would review the issue, but no one ever called back or provided any option to discuss a refund or return for the food.

Overall, the experience was disappointing due to both the food quality and the lack of communication after the initial complaint.

On a positive note, the staff at the front were friendly and professional.

This place has great food, a unique seating arrangement and really attentive staff. I tried the Sapporo Ramen, the okonomiyaki, and a green tea and strawberry drink. All great. Makes me wish I lived closer.

Food is decent. Love that they have okonomiyaki. Don't love that they dont offer any kids portions to go. Mind you this wasn't a situation of an adult wanting to save money by ordering a kids meal. I was ordering 2 adult meals and 2 kids portions. They just dont offer kids portions to go and only have it for dine-in. Oh well. Their loss. Jinya is right down the street. 🤷‍♀️

If I could I would give 0 star. There were 2 servers working around 8 pm, both of them on their phones and the lady server had 2 earplug on her ears. We called 3 times nobody hear because they were busy on their phone. I had to come get them to get our orders. The food, eel bowl had flies in it and it was disgusting.

Service was bad, one of the server name Lin, the girl, has extremely attitude. She was on her phone playing something with earplug in all the time, the way she served food was disrespectful.

It was just alright. I had driven past here a few times and wanted to try it, but I think it truly is just the design of the booths that makes this place popular. There was nothing that truly stands out about the omurice I had here.

I would like to request that they include a Japanese translation to English as a separate laminated sheet that comes with the menu maybe? I really want to come here more often because we live nearby but their menu has so many Japanese words I have no idea what I'm ordering. Which means that I don't like some of the food that I get. It's fun for an occasional novel adventure, but sometimes I just want some Japanese food that I know and like.

First time visiting and I was blown away. I’ve only had ramen twice and this was amazing. I went during the day so it was nice and quiet. The food was again amazing I would definitely recommend this place.

This is always a great visit, the atmosphere and how bright and welcoming the interior is makes for a great experience right when you enter. We sat in the honeycomb wall seats which were fun however we were originally told there was a national promotion for unlimited ramen refills and were then told it was not being honored. We still got our food either way and the passionfruit drink was delicious. Worth the visit!

Great food and really nice service. They have some great drinks with plenty of boba. We will definitely be going back. Plenty of great items on the menu. They even have robots servers here!!
