I’ve been to several Snooze locations from Denver in Union Station to Perimeter in Dunwoody. I’ve been to this location before, the service and food were great! This visit is the complete opposite of what I expected. The server at the bar didn’t show up to work to work. She should have just stayed home, the waiting for water, the time it took to take our order, til our food came to her taking note of our cold chicken sausage to it taking forever to get to us to her even giving us the check. Mind you we made it clear we were done when the chicken sausage arrived, we were done with our meal. Overall the service was trash.

We stopped by the Snooze in Buckhead and it was a descent experience with great food. It took a minute to get seated but it was great to be able to put ourselves on the waitlist ahead of time online. This limited the actual amount of time we had to wait at the restaurant. The food we ordered was good and what we needed for brunch. The only thing that would earn the fifth star was that the service was a little slow. We only got our waters about 4-5 minutes after sitting down and the only refill came after we had nearly finished our meal although the drinks were empty before we even got our food.

What I like about Snooze the local sourcing. They options of of breakfast meals. They have fresh pressed juice. What makes them stand out for me is its not a sugar factory of choices. You can have good appealing healthy options also.

Service was excellent but unfortunately 3 of our 5 meals had hair in them. They comped us and remade 2 of the meals which was appreciated but ruined the experience. Manager and server were apologetic and accommodating. I've never had that many plates with hair anywhere ive dined..judging by a few other low ratings in the last year for the same issue, they should reconsider their practices to prevent this in the future.

Do NOT wear a white shirt to this place. None of the ketchup bottles are full and they will splatter. Also, if you don’t like ice, don’t come here. There’s a lot of it.

Chicken sausage is disgusting and funny tasting. Wish there was an option for beef or turkey bacon. If you don’t eat pork, you won’t have many options. Nothing special.

Dietary restrictions: Not many options if you don’t eat pork

Don’t waste your time and money and just go to Waffle House. It will be much faster, cheaper, and your soda won’t be flat.

Julian was amazing! He got our orders and drinks right and even gave us the right time to expect our food. The food was amazing . He gave us a pancake flight to a start with.. cinnamon , strawberry and pineapple upside down were all good. My fave was blueberry pancakes. I ordered that with hash browns and chicken sausage (more like. Pattie) everything so good. Pancakes really big. Pictures are the strawberry martini and French toast. Palomimosa was good.

I've missed this place. It was my favorite spot in Arizona. Happy to see locations here in Georgia. Delicious food, fresh juice, this place was not packed for a Saturday morning after 9am. Will return.
