Just ordered a cortado it has no taste and cup half full. Then I called the store to inform them and no one answered the phone. I should have checked there reviews I see several 1 star
Music is so loud you can’t have a conversation with someone sitting at your table.

Placed an $18 mobile order and app said “ready in 7-9 minutes.” Showed up to the store 20 minutes later and order was not ready, there was 1 singular person working in the store and said we would have to get in line for her to refund the mobile orders (they shut off orders after mine was already placed and charged). The line was no less than 15 people waiting for refunds and I did not have another hour to waste standing in line so I had to leave with no order, and starbucks still charged me and there’s no refund option online. Out $18 for an order I never received. This location has significantly worsened over the past year, do not recommend.

I’m a Starbucks barista, I’ve done all the e-learning, and I know what Green Apron service is supposed to look like. This store did not give it. We came in right before closing, and instead of giving basic respect, the barista rushed us and acted like we were bothering her. I get that they were closing, but Green Apron service is required at all times, not just when it’s convenient.
The woman helping us middle aged lady, seems like a shift or higher up talked down to me, bragging about her “11 years here,” and refused to let me show a picture of my ID even though I clearly explained I was visiting from out of town and didn’t have the physical card on me. I fully understand ID policy, but there’s a respectful way to say it that doesn’t involve attitude.
For someone who’s supposedly been here over a decade, she should definitely know how to treat customers. Starbucks corporate would not be happy with the way she represented the brand.

I have been to this location many times and there is always an issue. Atleast 3 times in the past 2-3 months we have come by and there is no food available. Also, today we came through the drive through at 5:45 pm and was informed that this location was closed. If you check online it clearly states they close at 9pm. This Starbucks is close by however these inconveniences make us not want to come at all.

Today was the launch of the bear glass and the hello kitty, some people were out there since 3:30am. We all notice that it was 2 available while waiting in line we saw an employee take one off the shelf and only left one on the shelf. We had an Starbucks employee in like with us and stated employees had to be in lines like a customer. The manager by the name of Elevt was nasty and rude and when asked why was the employee allowed to that. He said because they can. He lacks management skills and shouldn’t be a manager. I sent a different Starbucks and expressed my concern a manager there stated he wasn’t supposed to let that happened. This won’t be my only review I will be taking this to corporate the way he handles situations again he should not be in managements

This location has some really nice baristas for the conditions they seem to work in but they are ALWAYS understaffed on the weekends! I once sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes for a simple black coffee and around 30 minutes in the store on a different sunday. Saturdays are hardly better. I usually like this location for its USUALLY quick service but it looks like sundays i will just have to do without.

Always understaffed especially on weekends and takes 5x longer than other Starbucks. Made the mistake of thinking it was abnormal but after three times with the same outcome 15 mins for a cold brew I will never go back even when convenient

This morning I came through the drive thru and spilled my coffee all over my car (was probably my fault). I was fully prepared to drive away and deal with it once I was out of the way. But the barista (I wish I remembered his name) was AMAZING!!! He got me rags and a new coffee 🥲🥹 That could have easily ruined my morning but his kind reaction turned it around🥹
