I don’t often write reviews but my experience at this Starbucks location prompted me to.
My family and I decidedly to quickly recognize my son’s birthday by getting him a few pastries up the street. My wife thought it would be nice to get a coffee and sing him happy birthday - nothing major, just in and out as we were headed to the Atl United game.
Upon arrival, I was told we couldn’t use the restroom without making a purchase (that’s understandable). While in the rest room, one of the baristas told my kids that they were not allowed to eat the pastries on site. My wife let the barista know that we had made a purchase and that it wasn’t anything major. The barista insisted that this was a “new rule” and that the box has to be closed.
This was unfortunate as it was my son’s birthday and again, we weren’t attracting any attention or having a full course meal. I understand establishments have rules but I believe there is a way to address rules while having empathy and a sense of customer service.
We ultimately decided to leave and will never use this location again.

Deliberately ignored me and did not make my order after I placed it online. Watched a few people who ordered after me get their order ahead of me. Had to physically say something to the barista who had the sticker right in front of him.. and was like oh I’ll get right on it. Instead filled the napkin bin. Terrible Starbucks experience. Last time coming here.

Literally waited in line for 30 minutes for egg white bites and small lemonade refresher and I get up to the window to pay & they say my order still isn’t ready!!! Cause a cashier didn’t come to my car window!!! Ridiculous already late for work and had to leave without my items and wait for no reason at all!!! This Starbucks is awful

Earlier this morning, I visited this Starbucks location and was disappointed with the service. My drink was not as ordered: it came in the wrong size, was missing the extra shot of espresso, and was decaf instead of regular. While I appreciate their commitment to quality, I wish the staff had double-checked my order. Overall, the experience was underwhelming.

Every time I place a mobile order, I have to wait an additional 10 to 15 minutes when I arrive to pick it up. Today was no exception. My order was paced at 11:30. I got there at 11:40. Got my order at 11:50. This is consistent every time I place an online order. I previously rated this Starbucks with a five-star review. I am disappointed that service has taken a turn for the worse UPDATE: I thought I would give them another try. Again, I was left waiting for my mobile order.
I was traveling from Texas and stopped here since I was staying near by. This is the cleanest Starbucks I’ve ever been into. Lines were fast and my coffee and food was just how I wanted. The baristas were so kind and friendly and even were patient with their suggestions for making a drink that I used to love that has since been discontinued. If I’m ever back in ATL I will be sure to stop here again!

It was early, but the staff yesterday morning were killing it! Great service and they made my drink amazingly! Always love Starbucks, and this one is always quiet and clean when I visit.
Today was my 4th time visiting this location with them not applying a (1) modification I asked for. The drive thru staff is always kind, but unfortunately I won’t be returning to this location

Restaurantji Recommends
