Hailey at Sugar Shane (1110 Hammond Dr, Unit 30, Atlanta, GA 30328) absolutely deserves a shoutout.

I walked in and she was literally on her knees cleaning—top notch. When I say I ain’t never wanted to eat off the floor so bad in my life… that’s how spotless she had it. And on top of that, her customer service was out of this world. Even though I was only there picking up a DoorDash order, she still treated me with respect, moved with urgency, and had such a positive attitude that it stood out immediately.

Sugar Shane needs to give Hailey a raise and do what they have to do to keep her, because she’s a real asset to the company—and the company is lucky to have her.

The chocolate chip cookies were ev-ver-ree-THANG!!! OMGosh!!! The light sprinkle of salt on the top elevating the cookie even more not to mention they were warm and goozy [chocolate chips were gooey and ooey and oozey] ..... soooo good! I have favorited this place in Uber Eats because I am from out of town but when I come back I will ABSOLUTELY be back. I will have to go in person next time though. I absolutely LOVED the personalized message on the box. The only issue I had, was I ordered reduced fat milk and got whole milk instead. I havent had whole milk in over 15+ years but I drank it with my absolutely heavenly cookies and I was not mad! GREAT JOB Shane!! You understood the assignment!!

When I was in Atlanta for a gaming convention, Sugar Shane had a stall for cookies and I bought a brown sugar cookie that made me come back for seconds! Highly recommend this place!

Strawberry cheesecake cookie, the cookie was salty and the cheesecake filling was nothing to write home about. The tiramisu brownie they seem to have missed the coffee portion. The brownie is good but it's just a brownie. Not worth the price.

I got the chocolate chip cookie and the toffee chocolate cookie. I’m not even joking when I say these were the best cookies I’ve ever had. I wasn’t expecting them to be THAT GOOD. It’s a 10/10 for me. The service is great very welcoming and sweet staff especially for coming in 15mins before closing. Try Sugar Shane’s and thank me later. 🤭

Big Dipper was super good but I'm really writing to give kudos to Erika. She was welcoming, patient, helpful & kind. In real life she's probably the most friendly person. Perfect personality for customer service.

Have some courtesy! Its super bad weather and we are trying to serve your customers by picking orders. Offering a restroom doesn’t cost you in this chill weather. Be human and be courteous towards people.

Mike (usually at Midtown but at Sandy Springs tonight) MADE MY DAY. Above and beyond service. He is the best of humanity. I'm a first-time customer and I'll be back. The store smelled amazing. Loved the art on the walls. The cookies and blondie I got tonight are for a friend, but I can't wait to try some next time!

My grandson and I visited for the first time after finding them on social media. The crew made us feel very welcome, and parking was free and easy. We tried four or five of the mini cookies, and all of them were great

First, some of the cookies are really good when they actually have them. Last few visits, they hardly have anything that they are advertising. I went at 4pm today. They only had 2 of the flavors that they were advertising. The case had 4 empty plates of cookies that they didn’t have. The past few times I have been there the employees are very unpleasant. People are coming there to get cookies not renew their license. The lady today just grabbed a box and stared at me without ever saying a word. For what they charge ($6 a cookie 😂), a “hey, how are you? Thanks for coming in” would be a good start. If I wanted to feel that unappreciated, I could have just stayed home. Left without buying anything and went to a competitor to buy cookies. They seemed super happy to see me!
