I got a cookies and cream cookie from here, and it was SO GOOD!!! Do not doubt this place.. follow your sweet tooth right on over!

I really wanted to love these cookies because I’ve heard nothing but good things about Sugar Shane’s, but I wasn’t super impressed. My husband and I LOVE dessert and trying new places, but this was sadly a bust for us. The service here was GREAT and the atmosphere was good for the little shop. The cookies we got were lemon, biscoff, and strawberry. Strawberry just tasted like a plain cookie with really thick icing and didn’t have much strawberry flavor. The biscoff cookie also tasted like a plain cookie with biscoff sprinkled on top. The lemon cookie was good and had a decent lemon flavor, but none of these cookies were super soft/gooey or had a lot of flavor. I’d go back and try different flavors to give it another chance AND I was told the Dubai brownie was as delicious, so I’d try that also. But if I try them again and feel the same then unfortunately I wouldn’t be going back.

It’s great! Some of the goodies are on the really sweet side but still good. You def get your money’s worth. The night crew are nice esp the guy working tonight (6/27/25)! sorry I didn’t catch the name, but he’s so sweet and patient. Always a good experience at the Dunwoody location!

I love sugar Shane, I starting coming here years ago and come get cookies and desserts 3x a month.

This location is the Best! The portion is big and quality is fresh. This is not the same for all of the locations.

I love their Dubai chocolate brownie and chocolate bar. I am excited to try to new recipe Betty white (my husband is not a dessert fan and this was his fav).

I love the delta dash cookie and others…

Customer service is great if there is something that isn’t right they take care of it and fix it.

Can't believe the toffee cookie is off the menu. These donut and cookie establishments rotate their menus too much. What a travesty it was one of the best cookies I tasted. I'll add 2 stars when its back

We live about 2 hours away from Atlanta, but we were visiting and found this little place. I will gladly drive the 2 hours regularly to have the delicious baked goods from here!! We had a snicker doodle cookie, brown sugar toffee cookie, banana nut bread, and a cheesecake brownie. They were all fantastic (best cookies I have ever had, and I will be dreaming of that brownie I am quite sure)! It is a cool environment and the staff were so kind and helpful! We will be back (soon I hope)!

Heard of them for the first time at MoMoCon this weekend and I am a sucker for a good legit gourmet dessert. We got nearly 1 of everything offered and weren't disappointed in the least. 10/10 recommend to anyone who has a sweet tooth.

We happened to be in the area and decided to try them out. Walking in we were greeted but while we chose our cookies the lady helping us wasn’t very friendly. The cookies were honestly not all that. The Oreo cookie was probably the best one. The brownie tasted very bland and the texture was very similar to chocoflan. For 25 dollars I didn’t see the hype.

People were comparing this bakery to Munster Cravings and I had to see for myself! The customer service was excellent. Erica explained the different items that were available and that the menu changes frequently. The bakery was clean and inviting. Everything I ordered was delicious! I bought the Dubai bar and brownie, the cheesecake brownie, the banana bread, and a chocolate chip cookie. We'll definitely be back soon!
