My family and I have now been here twice for hot pot and we’re fans. The weekday lunch at $20.99 is a deal (if you have a weekday off school or lunch break) and both times our servers have been great (which I was nervous about after having read the reviews). James, our servers today was so friendly and, even though he was quite busy, he checked in regularly and was very thoughtful. I like the sauce recipes and fresh fruit on the bar, and the variety of hot pot choices is great.

recently had the pleasure of dining at Top Korean BBQ and Hot Pot in Sandy Springs, and I can confidently say it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while.
From the moment I walked in, my server, Autumn, made me feel completely at ease, even though I was dining solo at a place that’s often geared toward groups. Autumn was incredibly attentive, checking in regularly and making sure I had everything I needed without ever feeling intrusive. It's clear that she’s a real asset to the restaurant, and I'd definitely recommend asking for her by name.
As for the food, it’s a flat-price, all-you-can-enjoy experience, and I tried a variety of dishes—from the short rib and bulgogi to the curry chicken and cumin beef. Every single item was delicious, and I honestly didn’t find a single thing I didn’t enjoy.
Overall, Top Korean BBQ and Hot Pot is a fantastic spot, especially if you want a welcoming atmosphere and top-notch service. Thanks to Autumn and the team for a memorable meal!

This was our first time visiting Hot Pot in Sandy Springs, and we had an amazing experience thanks to Danika! She was calming, informative, and had such a great personality, which made our first visit even better. The food was excellent, and Andy, the manager, kept checking on us to make sure everything was going well, which we really appreciated. We’re new to the area from Alpharetta, and this is definitely a must-experience spot. That old fashion was amazing too!!

We were in Atlanta for the weekend from Charlotte to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and let me tell you. Great place. Our waitress was nice, the atmosphere was nice, the food was on point. Hotpot style. It took us several restaurants walk out before we found this one and it was nice. Thanks.. If we’re ever in Atlanta again this will be our go to.

Comfortable and clean atmosphere. Not Smokey like most K-BBQ. Food quality and portion sizes were great with sauce and side options on the bar. Bonus is the free ice cream with multiple flavors!

Last evening was our 3rd time dining at Top Korean. Our previous visits, the 1st (9/2025) and 2nd (10/2025) were fantastic. The wait person on both occasions was attentive and the food quality, great. Sad to say the latest was a big disappointment. We were greeted in a friendly enough manner upon entering the restaurant and the wait person assigned was friendly too (but not as attentive as previous times). However, the quality of the food was sub par. The cold banchan looked sad and picked over (at @6:30 pm ish). The LA short ribs were extremely fatty and tough. The beef bulgogi even had a few bites of gristle. The worst part was in the midst of trying to chew through the gristle, the staff person clearing the table behind us made such a startling loud ruckus that I thought for a moment we were seated near a bussing station, which was not the case. The clanging of dishes being cleared went on for 5 minutes too long. To top off that noise was the loud music (some rap) played throughout the dining room. Don’t know if that’s a ploy to get patrons to eat fast and get the heck out but it worked for us. Perhaps Wednesday night is not an ideal night to dine here? Perhaps weekend nights are staffed and managed better? Regardless, we were charged the same price and we expect the same level of service and food quality. Very disappointed as we had an out of town guest with us and we had talked up this place.

If I could give 0 stars I would, the first red flag was the waiter couldnt tell us anything about the food, when the food actually came everything was bland, the beef was absolutely flavorless and too tough to be chewed, the fried rice was as tasteless as the white rice, the sides were all bad except for the pickled radish. Party of six and no one could eat anything. Then the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful, would not recommend that pig food to anyone. Only went there because it was close to my neice's apartment and she is pregnant. Ended having a delicious meal at Mikata. Top Korean is a waste of money and time.

2 hour limit, but they refuse to bring any additional food after 1h15. Waitress was missing for 10-15 minutes at a time so we couldn't order when we were ready either.

Managed to make mistakes with every round of meat we ordered.

Waitress insisted she'd brought us spicy pork belly, when it was actually spicy bulgogi. Reordered the spicy pork belly later and it looked completely different.

My family and I visited this place in Sandy Springs for the first time for my sister'sBirthday/ graduation. The guy at the counter was very unfriendly. He didn't even greet us when we walked in. His face and energy was off. Our server didn't even explain to us what comes with the all you can eat besides what was on the menu. We were 5 to the table and he kept sending out orders for 2. By the way we had the BBQ. The food was well seasoned and delicious. But every other thing like utensil, sugar, etc we had to get ourselves. The robot did the work and the server got the 18% tap from each and every person who was paying. I really like the food because it was different, but didn't feel welcome.

In my opinion this restaurant has a good lunch menu. The menu is a must for a all-u-can-eat table service. The vegetable list is full and you'll find what you need to add to your protein.
This was my 1st but it won't be my last visit!

Really not impressed, my least favorite of all Korean BBQs I went to. Service was not good, food was mid compared to other places, and I almost slipped on extremely slippery floor as if there was grease on there.
