Bailey is always outstanding but we were disappointed in the temporary location and menu choices. Normally we'd give this restaurant a solid 10 and look forward to returning to original mansion and location.

The Limited Menu and the fact that the venue is under construction detracted from the ambiance and the prices were out of line for the overall experience. Adjust your expectations if you select this venue during the time that it is under construction!

We stayed the night here and had a wonderful time! They are renovating their main restaurant now, so this is like a smaller version with a smaller menu. But we still had a great time! We got there early and played cards in the bar, and had an amazing cocktail (I think I got a spicy margarita of sorts). Then we were seated for dinner at the window. The food was for the most part very good (burger and cheesecake are pictured). The Caesar was lacking a little flavor, but other than that we were really happy. We also asked for mocktails (not on the menu) and our server said sure! Asked us if we liked fruity or herbal. I said herbal, husband said fruity, and we were given two really fantastic mocktails (herbal is pictured). Service was great and everyone was super friendly. Would definitely be back!

Really not good Our waitress was great but everything else disappointed! The menu was bare boned with little selection. The food for the four of us was poor to mediocre and the single dishes arrived 15 minutes apart. To top it all off, we were charged a “ wellness fee” even though we did not stay in the hotel. When we inquired about this charge, we were told that this charge was to make up for future lost wages for the wait staff when the restaurant would be closed for upcoming renovations. Would this not be a business expense?

This was a rough night, but the staff did ever possible to make it right. The restaurant is not really open, but under renovations for 3 months (was not informed). The menu is very limited and not what is posted. Some of the appetizers were wonderful, but half of the 6 entrees were not consumable. Either way over cooked or raw. For the money, awful experience right now.

Fabulous dinner at 700 Drayton. The Shrimp with Calabrian chili butter is a must have on the menu, the sauce is out of the world. The mussels were very tender and joy.Arugula and Asparagus salad were very nice.Want to also mention our server Joey who was awesome. Thanks for the great experience!

Outstanding service, Joey was professional, friendly, knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make our anniversary dinner extremely special. Thanks to the kitchen for providing the most delicious - complementary cheesecake ever.

There are not enough stars to give to this place. We had a wonderful experience! We were celebrating our anniversary and they made us feel special from the moment we stepped in! Our server was beyond courteous, knowledgeable and nice. He gave us just the right amount of attention, letting us enjoy our dinner, and checking in at the right time! It takes great skills to know those key moments, and to read into people's behaviors. The food was delicious, and his recommendations for drinks were spot on! At the end they surprised us with a dessert that said Happy Anniversary and two glasses of bubbly. It was one of the most pleasant experiences we've had, and we will definitely go back if we visit Savannah in the future.

We love this restaurant, as well as the adjoining hotel. The food is always first rate, and the location (across from Forsythe Fountain) is fantastic. We've been here twice and loved it both times.

Seemed like a nice place just super unorganized tonight. Took 40 minutes to be seated after checking in on time for our reservation. Other patrons were drunk, loud and rude. Staff seemed frazzled

It took close to two hours to get one appetizer and two entrees served. We saw other tables that were sat well after us get their entrees before ours were served. Our reservation was at 7:00, we were seated at approximately 7:15, left around 9:20. They did comp two drinks and the food was good, but we hadn't planned on just dinner for the evening.

Overall a nice dinner , just not an over the top experience Server was pleasant One appetizer special........ a salad with 4 pieces of butter lettuce . Delicious for sure but 4 pieces is not a reasonable portion Mothers Day and no special entrees Menu is limited ...... one fish dish ( whole) and one chicken dish The mussels & shrimp appetizer were excellent The chicken was very good , fregola ok Dessert semifreddo chocolate & coffee ..... good, not superb Wonderful cappuccino One more thing ........ WELLNESS CHARGE for employees should be responsibility of employer not the customer ! This was a ripoff and caused us to lower our gratuity.

We are local and were looking for a fun and different place to eat brunch for Mother's Day. So glad we chose the Mansion at Forsyth! We shared the yogurt, granola, fruit plate and a beautiful quinoa salad and for my entree I had the best sausage, egg and cheese sandwich ever...and I have hens at home, so that's saying a lot. Ambiance was smart, fresh and warm all at the same time. The staff were attentive, professional and southern sweet. We will become regulars.

Very limit brunch menu. Overpriced for what you got. The price would have been ok if more attention was placed on the plates. I had the brioche French toast that came with a crumb and cream. There was very little crumble, which was the highlight of the dish. It would have been nice to include a pistachio mousse on the side or something that elevated the dish. For the price, it should have included bacon or ham. That being said, the environment was lovely. A piano player would be a charming addition for brunch and possibly bring in more people.

This was a perfect brunch experience. Beautiful location, reasonable prices, everything was delicious. With four of us discerning women, not one morsel of food was left on anyone's plate. That's a first!!
