Wonderful food and relaxing atmosphere:)
This place is like a little AI cafe it looks unreal, its so unbelievably perfect! The coffee is good standard coffee (I got a vanilla Latte with sweetener and oat milk), its nice they have the flavoring as an extract rather than a sweetened syrup too. I also got the breakfast sandwich which was so yummy and soft, it melts in your mouth. I do wish it had more texture only because the eggs are soft along with the bread and the veggies, maybe some raw red onions for a bite or something...read full review

Maté Factor is a cozy and welcoming coffeehouse that offers a great selection of coffee, tea, and wholesome food. The staff is always positive and helpful, and the portions are generous. The atmosphere is exactly what a "coffeehouse" should be like, with unique chairs and tons of cool nooks to sit and hang out. This small neighborhood cafe features some small tables inside and outside, providing a chill vibe perfect for relaxation. The baked goods, bread, and loose leaf mate are all made fresh daily, and the Deli Rose sandwich is particularly incredible. The menu includes a variety of special options and concoctions with mate and espresso. The chicken sandwich and spinach feta pie are also popular menu items, though the spinach feta pie is better when heated. While the vanilla hazelnut latte was not a hit, the mate drinks are very tasty. Overall, Maté Factor is a must-visit spot with a unique atmosphere that makes for a special experience, even if seating can be a bit limited at times. It is closed on Saturdays.
