“I have had Nigerian food cooked for me by my friends and roommates for a while so now I don't live there anymore I have been looking for a place to make that as well as how I had it.
We drove an hour to try this place. The food is amazing! I've read other reviews before I came and did notice their inconsistency. But luckily for our experience the food was amazing, they were cooked, not reheated. We came on Saturday afternoon around 2:30pm. We ordered jollof rice with beef, egusi and fufu, and a goat pepper soup (my fav)! The price is way more reasonable compared to other African places I've been to.
Service wise, tbh I've tried other African places and the service were pretty similar to here. It took forever to order and forever to have the food ready. I think they're just understaffed. So if you want to try this place out make sure you have some time on your hand.
I would definitely come back for the food, but I do hope that the service would be better with less waiting time.“

“Azalea is a fantastic waitress and she waited on us each day we were there. We had the chicken skewers several times during our visit. Highly recommend this restaurant not only for the snacks hors d’oeuvres but for the artwork. If in the area, you should try it out and don’t be afraid of the menu. The cocktails were refreshing and delicious. Again, I highly recommend the restaurant and ask for Azalea to be your waitress!“
