Ambos is the best!
I've only gotten salmon from here but it's always fresh and the quality is great and the price is awesome! Customer service is above and beyond 1st class!
Awesome place to get seafood! Very fresh seafood with different options if you rather go frozen as well and the staff was great very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming by again on our next trip to Savannah.
THIS COMPANY DOES EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO BE THE BESTBEST SEAFOOD COMPANY FOR SURE.
Guys got me unloaded very quickly. Would have loved if they could have given out a freebie
Stinky when is hot outside! I hate walking by it. Just can’t imagine buying anything there!

I asked for Salty Oysters and I got Oysters that are not Salty but has no flavor I am Truly DISAPPOINTED because someone referred me to them and said I wouldn't be disappointed and I am now I'm stuck with the bushel of untasty oysters the price was good though maybe that's why the price was good ???

The staff here is great and very helpful. Drivers if delivering here before you even start driving towards here CALL FIRST. DO NOT FOLLOW YOUR GPS. This is not a business park or industrial road you’re in the heart of Savannah a very dense residential area. Its legal for you to drive through here but good luck making any turns if your in anything larger than a day cab. Large and low oak trees line the streets. Cars parked everywhere on street. Watch yourself. If you’re in a large car leave it at the truck stop and bring a helicopter and chainsaw piece of cake. Take I-16 E TO EXIT 165 for 37th street. Stay on 37th watch the trees! Very narrow streets. Turn left on Paulsen St. (12’2” clearance by oak tree) veer left but stay straight, turn left on 33rd is a very hard left turn this is when you need to call to help guide you down the street. Stop sign sits directly on the corner. AMBOS is a block down on your left can’t miss it. Out door dock. Very tight. Google maps makes the street appear bigger than what it is. It can be done just take your time. To leave turn left out of dock door. Turn right at second stop sign. Turn left at second stop light. Go down to MLK turn right then turn left at overpass for I-16. It’s a sharp diagonal on ramp. Be sure to call before you head down. To my knowledge no overnight parking place isn’t that big street is not big enough I wouldn’t come to early there’s no place to stage.
Excellent locally owned seafood Distributor and Retailer. I buy from from Ambos because their product is top quality, service is first rate and the people are nice. Thanks Drew, Hal, Susie, Simone and all the others. Keep up the great work. The oysters last time were Fantastic
